Abstract

Voltage/current converter with a balanced voltage input and a balanced current output. The system uses integrated circuits without having to use lateral transistors in the path of the signal. It consists of a first and a second current level circuit, where each has at least one collector emitter track in a current path formed by one input terminal and the common supply terminal. The emitter of this transistor is connected to the common supply terminal. The second current path formed by an output terminal and the common supply terminal contains a second transistor with a semi-conductor junction bridging the base emitter junction of the first transistor.
