Abstract
1406783 Flavouring composition GENERAL FOODS CORP 19 March 1973 [31 March 1972 13170/73 Heading A2B [Also in Divisions C3 and C6] Foods, e.g. broiled steak, puddings or fruit cocktail are flavoured by adding thereto an ethanol-containing flowable powder composition comprising: (a) dextrin having a bulk density of from 0.05 to 0.30 g/cc and a dextrose equivalent of 5.15 and (b) ethanol sorbed within said dextrin in an amount exceeding 30% by weight of the composition which provides a dry-to-the-touch composition (see Division C3).
