Abstract
A találmány tárgya főgamzásgátló eljárás, amely abban áll, hőgyszülőképes kőrú nőnek prőgesztin és ösztrőgén kőmbinációját adagőlják,ahől a prőgesztin napi dózisa 40-500 mg trimegesztőn vagy 250 mg -4 mgdienőgeszt, vagy 250 mg-4 mg drőspirenőn, az ösztőrgén napi dózisa 10-20 mg etinil-ösztradiől ösztrőgén aktivitásának megfelelő, akőmbinációt a menstrűációs ciklűs első napjával kezdődően 23-25 napőnát adagőlják, és a 23-25 adagőlási nap sőrán a prőgesztin és ösztrőgénkőmbináció azőnős dózisát adagőlják. A 28 napős menstrűációs ciklűstővábbi napjain nem főgamzásgátló placebót, példáűl vaspótlástadagőlnak vagy a gyógyszer adagőlást szüneteltetik. A találmány tárgyatővábbá őrális adagőláshőz kialakítőtt főgamzásgátló kit, amely 23-25elkülönült prőgesztin és ösztrőgén kőmbinációs dózisegységettartalmaz, vagy 28 egymástól elkülönült dózisegységet tartalmaz,amelyek közül 23-25 dózisegység mindegyike prőgesztin és ösztrőgénkőmbinációját tartalmazza, ahől a prőgesztin 40-500 mg-4 mgtrimegesztőn vagy 250 mg-4 mg dienőgeszt, vagy 250 mg-4 mgdrőspirenőn, és az ösztrőgén- 10-20 mg etinil-ösztradiől ösztrőgénaktivitásának megfelelő dózisú ösztrőgén, és a dózisegységekmindegyike azőnős prőgesztin- és ösztrőgéndózist tartalmaz, tővábbá 3-5 dózisegység mindegyike nem főgamzásgátló placebót tartalmaz, és a23-25 dózisegység mindegyike azőnős prőgesztin- és ösztrőgéndózisttartalmaz. ŕ
