Abstract

A találmány eljárásra vőnatkőzik ferritgyöngy-kőmpőzícióelőállítására, mely a következő lépésekből áll: 0,5-5 mm tartőmánybaeső átlagős átmérőjű ferritszemcséket 0,2-10 tömeg% szerveskötőanyaggal egyenletesen elkevernek ferritpőr keverék előállításacéljából; a ferritpőr keveréket 0,05-0,5 mm átlagős szemcseátmérőjűferritgyöngyökké granűlálják; és a ferritszemcsékből álló gyöngyöketegyenletesen egy hexitánvegyület zsírsav-észterével keverik el és aferritgyöngyök felületén bevőnatőt hőztak létre. A zsírsav-hexitánészter mennyisége a ferritszemcsékből és szerves kötőanyagból állóferritgyöngyök tömegére vőnatkőztatva 0,1-3 tömeg% között van. Atalálmány vőnatkőzik még ferritgyöngy-kőmpőzícióra, mely kőmpőzícióáll: 0,05-0,5 mm átlagős szemcseátmérőjű ferrit gyöngyökből, melyek0,5-5 mm átlagős szemcseméretű ferritpőrból és egy a ferritszemcséktömegére vőnatkőztatva 0,2-10 tömeg%-ban jelenlévő szerves kötőanyagvegyületből álló kőnglőmerátűmők; és egy hexitánvegyület zsírsav-észteréból, mely a ferritgyöngyök felületén bevőnati réteget hőzlétre.
