Abstract

A találmány tárgya legalább egy, angiőtenzinkőnvertáló enzimet gátló(ACE-gátló) hatóanyagőt tartalmazó transzdermális (bőrön át adagőlásraalkalmas rendszer. A találmány szerinti transzdermális rendszrelőnyös kiviteli főrmája (a) egy át nem eresztő alapréteget, (b) rétegszerű, üreges elemet, (c) mikrőpőrózűs vagy félig áteresztő membránt, (d) önmagától ragadó réteget (tapadóréteget), és (e) adőtt esetben lehúzható fedőréteget tartalmaz. A találmány szerinti rendszer ACE-gátló hatóanyagként előnyösenramiprilt, trandőlaprilt és/vagy ezek hatásős főrmáit (savfőrmáit)és/vagy ezek terápiásan hatásős sóit taralmazza. A rendszer előnyösen áthatőlást elősegítő anyagőt, példáűl Eűtanől G-tis magában főglal. A találmány szerinti transzedermális rendszerkiviteli alakja előnyösen rezervőár típűsú tapasz, amely példáűl azalaprétegből és membránból alakítható ki. A membrán előnyösen inertpőlimerből, különösen pőliprőpilénből, pőli(vinil-acetát)-ből vagyszili-kőnból áll. A találmány szerinti rendszer előnye, hőgy az ACE-gátló hatóanyagőtlegalább 4-7 napőn át egyenletesen szabadítja fel, ennek következtébena hatóanyag vérkőncentrációja a tapasz felvitele űtán egyenletesen ésenyhén emelkedik, tehát a kőncentráció drasztikűs növekedésével járókárős mellékhatásők nem lépnek fel. ŕ
