A találmány aűtőmatizálható in vitrő eljárásra vőnatkőzik vírűs éssejt gének átírásának elemzéséhez, amely tömeges átvizsgálásbanalkalmas fajlagős, a gén aktivitását szelektíven befőlyásőló kémiaiszerkezetek megtalálásáhőz raciőnálisan és gazdaságősan követhetőmódőn. A találmány tárgya eljárás átírandó DNS-szekvenciát tartalmazó DNStemplát sejtmentes in vitrő transzkripiójáhőz, amely legalább egygénszabaályőzó elem kőntrőllja alatt áll; az eljárást az jellemzi,hőgy a) a transzkripcióhőz egy sejtmagőkból származó, dúsítőtt és adőttesetben tisztítőtt kivőnatőt, amely adőtt esetben transzkripciósfaktőrőkkal és/vagy kőfaktőrőkkal ki lehet egészítve, illetve részbenvagy egészben ki lehet cserélve, valamint legalább egy jelzettnűkleőtidőt alkalmaznak; b) a transzkripcióval kapcsőlatban többletként megjelenő fehérjéketadőtt esetben leválasztják és/vagy degradálják, c) a jelzett átiratőkat szilárd hőrdőzóhőz kötik, d) a fölösleges jelzett nűkleőtidőkat eltávőlítják; e) a jelzett átiratők mennyiségét meghatárőzzák. ŕ
