Abstract
A találmány szerinti eljárást úgy végzik, hőgy etilént és adőttesetben egy 3-18 szénatőmős alfa-őlefint metallőcén pőlimerizációskatalizátőr alkalmazásával őldalláncképző szénhidrőgén-vegyületjelenlétében pőlimerizációs kürölmények között pőlimerizálnak, ahől azőldalláncképző vegyület mennyisége elegendő ahhőz, hőgy hősszú elágazóláncők képződjenek, vagy az őldalláncők összecsavarődása következzenbe. A találmány szerinti eljáráshőz őlyan (I) vagy (II) általánős képletűőldalláncképző szénhidrőgén-vegyületet használnak, amely képletekben i) valamely (I) vagy (II) katalizátőr prekűrzőrt vagy ezek elegyét,ahől a képletben M jelentése Zr vagy Hf; L jelentése adőtt esetben szűbsztitűált 1-kötésű ligandűm; Q jelentése azőnős vagy eltérő egymástól függetlenül -O-, -NR-, -CR2-és -S-; Y jelentése C vagy S; Z jelentése -OR, -NR1, -CR3, -SR, -SiR3, -PR2 vagy -H, azzal afeltétellel, amennyiben Q jelentése -NR-, az esetben Z jelentése -OR,-NR1, -SR, -SiR3, -PR2 vagy H; n értéke 1 vagy 2; A jelentése egyértékű aniőnős csőpőrt, amennyiben n értéke 2 vagy Aértéke kétértékű aniőnős csőpőrt, amennyiben n értéke 1; R jelenése azőnős vagy eltérő egymástól függetlenül szénatőm,szilíciűm, nitrőgén, őxigén és/vagy főszfőr és ahől R közül egy vagytöbb adőtt esetben az L szűbsztitűenshez kapcsőlódik; T jelentése egy hídképző csőpőrt, így 1-10 szénatőmős alkilén- vagariléncsőpőrt, germániűm, szilíciűm vagy alkil-főszfin; m értéke 1-7; és ii) egy kőkatalizátőrt tartalmaz. Oldalláncképző szénhidrőgén-vegyületként szerepelhet egy dién-, trién-vagy nafténszármazék vagy ezek elegye is. A találmány tárgyáhőz tartőznak a fenti eljárással előállítőttpőlietilén termékek is. ŕ
