Abstract
A találmány szerinti hőkezelési eljárás célszerűen nemesített vagyfinomított, alumíniumot, szilíciumot és adott esetben továbbiötvözőket vagy szennyezőket, például magnéziumot, mangánt, vasat éshasonló elemeket tartalmazó és eutektikus fázissal rendelkező, önthetővagy alakítható ötvözetből készült tárgyak alakíthatóságánakjavítására alkalmazható, amikor az eljárás során a tárgyakat izzítják,majd pihentetik. A találmány szerint gyors hőkezelésként az anyagot400-555°C hőmérsékletre hevítik, 1,7-14,8 percig ezen a hőmérsékletentartjuk, majd szobahőmérsékletre történő kényszerhűtést végeznek. Atalálmány szerinti, legalább egy finomító ötvöző elemet és adottesetben további ötvözőket vagy szennyezőket, például magnéziumot,mangánt, vasat és hasonló elemeket tartalmazó és eutektikus fázissalrendelkező, alumínium-szilícium ötvözetből készült tárgy eutektikusfázisa aAl - mátrixból és szilíciumkiválásból áll, ahol aszilíciumkiválások szferoidizált állapotúak és átlagos vágásifelületük (ASi) kisebb, mint 4 <m2.
