Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás egy kvaterner ammónium-hidroxidottartalmazó készítmény recirkulációs bázisoldat hulladékáramánaktisztítására, mely az eljárás lépései során (a) egy elektrolitikuscellát biztosítanak, amely egy anódot tartalmazó anolit teret, egykatódot tartalmazó katolit teret, és az anolit és katolit teretelválasztó egy kationszelektív membránt tartalmaz, (b) a tisztítandókvaterner ammónium-hidroxidot tartalmazó recirkulációs bázisoldathulladékáramát betöltik az anolit térbe, míg a katolit térbe vizet,amely adott esetben kvaterner ammónium-hidroxidot tartalmaz, töltenekbe, (c) az elektrolitikus cellán áramot vezetnek át tisztított vizeskvaterner ammónium-hidroxid-oldat előállítására a katolit térben, (d)a tisztított vizes kvaterner ammónium-hidroxid-oldatot kinyerik akatolit térből, (e) az anolit teret egy megfelelő oldószerrel mossák,és a (b)-(e) lépéseket ismétlik. Az eljárás különösen megfelelő a 4-aminodifenilamin előállításában számos reakcióciklusban alkalmazotttetrametil-ammónium-hidroxid vizes oldat tisztaságának javítására. Ó
