Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás ektromágneses árnyékolás létrehozására,amelynek során egy áramköri lap (5) vagy egy házrész és egy villamosanvezetőképes fedő (fémsapka) (1) közötti mechanikus, valamintvillamosan vezetőképes összeköttetést hoznak létre elektromágnesesárnyékoláshoz. Az ilyen, viszonylag merev fémsapkákat (1) mechanikusrögzítéshez áramköri lapra (5) gépileg ráforrasztják és ezek megfelelőforrasztás esetén megfelelő árnyékoló funkciót is ellátnak. Aforrasztás során alkalmazott nagy hő a villamos alkatrészek, illetveazoknak az előbbiekben említett fémsapkákkal (1) történő leárnyékolásavonatkozásában a szériagyártás során nehézségeket okoz. A találmányfeladata a nehézségek kiküszöbölése és az ezidáig alkalmazott gyártásitechnológia javítása. Eljárás áramköri lap (5) és villamosanvezetőképes sapka (1) közötti összeköttetés létrehozásáraelektromágneses árnyékoláshoz, ahol az áramköri lap (5) és a sapka (1)közé villamosan vezetőképes, kiindulási állapotban megmunkálhatómasszát, zsugorodó anyagot (2) előnyösen folyékony masszát rendeznekel és a villamosan vezetőképes massza , zsugorodó anyagok (2)segítségével a sapkát (1) az áramköri lapon (5) rögzítik és egyben asapka (1) és az áramköri lap (5) között villamos érintkezést hoznaklétre.
