A találmány berendezés jégkrémek vagy fagylaltok gyártására, amelynekfeldolgozótartályban (10) lapátok (21, 22, 23) forgathatóan vannakelrendezve, és ezek a feldolgozótartály (10) hűtött belső falára afolyadékkeverék részeit ismételten felhordják és a megfagyott részeketlekaparják. A feldolgozótartálynak (10) a folyadékkeverék (60) számárabetöltőnyílása (14), a kész fagylalt, illetve jégkrémmassza (70)leadásához pedig kivevőnyílása (15) van. Lényege, hogy afeldolgozótartály (10) hossztengelye (L-L) a vízszinteshez (H) képesthegyes szöget (a), a lapátok (21, 22, 23) homlokoldalai (21 C, 22C,23C) pedig a feldolgozótartály (10) hossztengelyével (LL) párhuzamospalástalkotóval (M-M) második hegyes szöget (R) zár be, így azok alefagyott és lekapart szakaszok (70') folyamatos szállítását segítikfeldolgozótartály (10) legmélyebb részén kialakított kivevőnyílás (15)irányába. A lekapart lefagyott szakaszok (70') a gravitáció hatására abelső falról a feldolgozótartály (10) kivevőnyílás (15) feléelhelyezkedő részre hullanak vissza, ahol azok keverednek afolyadékkeverék (60) fennmaradó részével és a feldolgozás során ezekjó minőségű jégkrém-, illetve fagylaltmasszává (70) alakulnak.
