Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás villamos ívkemencében (10) égő villamos ív(22) habosított salakkal (S) történő beburkolására, ahol a habosítottsalakot (S) szénhordozóknak acélfürdőt lévő salakba való bevitelévelképezik és hangemissziót érzékelnek és ezzel habosító szén bevezetésétvezérelik. Ennek során a csattanásként jelentkező hangamplitúdóspektrumát állapítják meg. A csattanással összefüggőamplitúdókat értékelve egy számítóegységbe (43) vezetik. Az értékeltmért értékeket a számítóegységben (43) a habosított salak (S)vezérlésébe bevonják és egy előre meghatározható értéken való túllépésvagy ezen érték alá történő csökkenés esetén a salak habosításáraszolgáló szénhordozók bevezetett mennyiségének befolyásolásáraalkalmazzák.
