Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás epoxidok előállítására szénhidrogénekoxidációjával oxigén és legalább egy redukálószer és egy katalizátorjelenlétében. A reakcióelegyet legalább egy katalizátort tartalmazórétegen, és legalább egy adszorbeálószert tartalmazó rétegen vezetikát, amelyben az epoxid adszorbeálódik, és a katalizátort tartalmazórétegeket, valamint az adszorbeálószereket tartalmazó rétegeket egymásmögött, felváltva rendezik el. Az adszorbeálószert tartalmazórétegeket váltakozva alkalmazzák adszorpció és azt követő deszorpciócéljára. A találmány további jellemzője, hogy fémkatalizátorkéntfémoxid-hordozóra felvitt kobaltot, ruténiumot, irídiumot, nikkelt,palládiumot, platinát, rezet, ezüstöt és aranyat vagy azok közül kétvagy több fém keverékét alkalmazzák. Adszorbeálószerekként előnyösenhidrofób zeolitokat használnak. Ó
