Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás adszorbens előállítására, az adszorbenstermék és ennek alkalmazása. A találmány szerinti eljárásra azjellemző, hogy nátrium-alominát lúgba, előnyösen timföldgyártásinátrium-alominát lúgba, szén-dioxidot vezetnek, majd a kivált terméketszűrik, mossák, ezután vízzel zaggyá alakítják és ismételten szén-dioxiddal kezelik, majd a reakcióelegyet 80-90 °C-on hőkezelik, akivált terméket szűrik és vízzel több lépésben mossák, majd szárítják,így olyan alumínium-oxid-hidroxid- alapú pszeudoböhmitet nyernek, mely20-24 tömeg% kristályvíz alakban kötött vizet, 0,01-0,4 tömeg% fém-oxidot, így Na2O-t, Fe2O3-t, kívánt esetben CaO-t, MgO-t, továbbáadott esetben 0,01-0,1 tömeg% SiO2-t és a 100 tömeg%-hoz szükségesmennyiségben Al2O3-t tartalmaz, majd kívánt esetben az így előállítottpszeudoböhmitet 110-125 °C-on hőkezelik. A találmány tárgya továbbá afenti eljárással előállított adszorbens termék. A találmány tárgyatovábbá füstszűrő betét dohánytermékekhez, előnyösen cigarettához,amely a fenti adszorbenst vagy 10-90 tömeg% fenti adszorbens és 90-10tömeg% aktív szén elegyét tartalmazza. The subject of the invention is also an adsorbent product produced by the afenti process. The invention further relates to a smoke filter insert for tobacco products, preferably for cigarettes, which contains the above adsorbent or a mixture of 10-90% by weight of the above-mentioned adsorbent and 90-10% by weight of activated carbon.
