Description

Ru porcelain sky blue glaze and preparation method thereof, and Ru porcelain
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramics, and particularly relates to a Ru porcelain sky blue glaze and a preparation method thereof, and also relates to a Ru porcelain.
Background
Ru porcelain is unique in style due to exquisite process, beautiful shape, moist glaze surface and elegant, simple and neat abundance, and is an epoch-making important mark in the development history of celadon in China. The high curtain of the Ming Dynasty student is mentioned in Yan Xianqing Shang Yi (book of Yan Xianqing)' Tianqing is precious, Pinqing is shang and Tianlan is rare. Has the reputation of breaking the places of the sky and the clouds after raining, and the glaze surface can be seen as jade and not too much. All the ancient celadon should be covered with Ru kiln. "because of this, sky blue Ru porcelain is highly popular in the market. The finished product of the sky blue glaze is extremely low, and the world is extremely few. At present, 5 Ru official kilns are known to be the ancient sky blue glaze ware.
At present, the manufacture of Ru porcelain is mainly antique, but the Ru porcelain with the color similar to or the same as that of the handed-off sky blue glaze porcelain is difficult to be burnt by people due to the loss of the manufacture process of the Ru porcelain.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide a Ru porcelain sky blue glaze, the color of Ru porcelain calcined by the glaze is very similar to the color of the ancient sky blue glaze porcelain.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze, which is simple in preparation process.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the Ru porcelain applied with the sky blue glaze, and the glaze color of the Ru porcelain is similar to that of the Song Dynasty sky blue glaze.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-51 parts of muscovite, 20-23 parts of red feldspar, 10-16 parts of limestone, 15-25 parts of golden soil, 0.9-1 part of plant ash and 1-1.1 parts of sheep bone ash.
The Ru porcelain sky blue glaze has the color similar to that of the ancient sky blue glaze porcelain after being fired by reasonably modulating the formula of the glaze.
In order to reduce the influence of oil smoke and organic matter combustion volatilization on enamel, the goat bone ash is prepared by calcining goat bones.
A preparation method of the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing the raw materials of muscovite, red feldspar, limestone, golden soil, plant ash and sheep bone ash with water according to the formula amount, and ball-milling to obtain glaze slip; the weight ratio of the total weight of the ball-milled raw materials to the ball stone and the water is 1: 1.5: 0.5 to 1;
(2) removing impurities from the obtained glaze slip, and then removing iron.
Impurities in the glaze raw material of the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze can be expanded, decomposed and burnt or generate gases when the glaze raw material is calcined at high temperature, and the glaze effect is seriously influenced, so that impurities are removed and iron is removed in the preparation process. The preparation process of the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze is simple and easy to operate.
The concentration of the glaze slip after iron removal is adjusted to 55-57 degrees. The thickness of the glaze surface is uneven due to too thin concentration, and the defects such as wind-frightened porcelain and the like are easy to appear due to too thick concentration.
The Ru porcelain comprises a blank body and a sky blue glaze, wherein the sky blue glaze comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-51 parts of muscovite, 20-23 parts of red feldspar, 10-16 parts of limestone, 15-25 parts of golden soil, 0.9-1 part of plant ash and 1-1.1 parts of sheep bone ash.
The Ru porcelain sky blue glaze and the green body interact in the calcining process, and the glaze of the calcined porcelain is uniform and clean, is jade-like, is not jade-like, is extremely similar to the ancient sky blue glaze porcelain, and is highly approved by experts in the ceramic world and the collection world.
The blank is made of porcelain clay, and the porcelain clay comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of clay, 30-35 parts of kaolin, 20-39.2 parts of Tanggou soil, 10-15 parts of black hair soil and 0.8-2 parts of white feldspar. The porcelain clay adopted by the invention can be well combined with the porcelain glaze in the firing process.
Detailed Description
In the Ru porcelain sky blue glaze of the invention, the functions of the components are as follows:
white mica: the mineral belt consists of 44-50 wt% of silicon dioxide and 20-33 wt% of aluminum oxide, and quartz, and often contains a small amount of elements such as iron, magnesium, sodium and the like along with potash feldspar. Can be better combined with other raw materials in the firing process.
The red feldspar contains 16.8wt% of potassium oxide, 18.4wt% of aluminum oxide and 64.8wt% of silicon dioxide; the limestone comprises calcium oxide as a main component and has a mass content of 47.2%; the main components of the golden soil are ferric oxide and titanium dioxide, and the mass contents are respectively 70% and 16.56%; the plant ash contains 13.9 wt% of potassium, 2.24 wt% of phosphorus, 28.88 wt% of calcium, 3.74 wt% of magnesium and 18.8 wt% of silicon; the main components of the goat bone ash are phosphorus pentoxide and calcium oxide, and the mass contents of the phosphorus pentoxide and the calcium oxide are 40% and 50% respectively.
The formula proportion of the Ru porcelain body and the glaze slip is scientifically analyzed, and is further identified by methods such as burning, seeing, touching, breaking, tasting in mouth and tongue and the like, and along with the accumulation of long-term production experience, the properties of various raw materials and the requirements of various large, small and thin porcelain on the concentration of the glaze slip, a certain rule and range are found, and great achievements are obtained.
