Abstract

A találmány tárgya vizes poliuretán diszperzió, ami A) legalább egy,legalább difunkciós 500-6000 molekulatömegű poliol; B) legalább egy,legalább difunkciós kis molekulás alkohol; C) legalább egy, di-és/vagy trifunkciós izocianát; és D) legalább egy, egy savcsoporttalés egy vagy két hidroxilcsoporttal és/vagy primer- és/vagy szekunderaminocsoporttal rendelkező vegyület reakciótermékét tartalmazza, ahola semlegesítőszer teljes mennyisége a lánchosszabbító reakció előttvan hozzáadva, ahol a semlegesítési fok a savcsoportok mennyiségérevonatkoztatva legalább 40%, de legfeljebb 105%, ahol az A) poliolkiindulási komponenseiben vagy a B) kis molekulás komponensben tri-vagy magasabb funkciós alkotók az 1 tömeg% mennyiségben vannak jelen,és ahol az izolált karbamidcsoport-tartalom 1-4 tömeg%. A találmánytovábbi tárgya eljárás fenti vizes poliuretán diszperzióelőállítására. A találmány szerinti eljárást úgy végzik, hogy az A),B), C) és D) komponensek szerves oldatából először egy NCO- éssavfunkciókkal rendelkező poliuretán prepolimert állítanak elő, eztkövetően semlegesítőszert adnak hozzá, és az így kapott prepolimertvízben diszpergálják, majd adott esetben további mennyiségűsemlegesítőszert adnak hozzá és 25-75 °C-on addig keverik, míg az NCO-víz reakció lejátszódása közben a lánchosszabbítás lezáródik, majd adiszpergálás alatt vagy azt követően, illetve a lánchosszabbításireakció alatt vagy azt követően a szerves oldószert 5%-nál kisebbmaradék mennyiségig eltávolítják. A találmány további tárgyait képezika zárórétegek előállítására szolgáló festékek, a fenti diszperziókkülönböző anyagokkal kombinációban történő alkalmazása színtartó,fizikálisan gyorsan száradó, vízálló és rendkívül jó keménység-rugalmasság egyensúllyal rendelkező - elsősorban gépjárműsorozatfestésekben alkalmazott - bevonatokban, valamint a fentidiszperziókat tartalmazó kombinációk alkalmazása kikeményíthetőbeégető töltőanyagok és egyrétegű lakkok előállítására.
