Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás távközlési hálózaton keresztül nyújtottszolgáltatások kiválasztására vonatkozó tanácsadásra. A találmányszerinti eljárás lényege, hogy statisztikai információkat gyűjtenek beegy ügyfélről (A); eltárolják az ügyfél (A) által leadottmegrendelések időrendi sorrendjét, melynek keretében eltárolják azügyfél (A) által egy meghatározott időtartam alatt leadott összesmegrendelés számát, valamint az ügyfél (A) által egy meghatározottkategóriában leadott összes megrendelés számát; eltárolják aszolgáltatásokra vonatkozó megrendelések időrendi sorrendjét, melynekkeretében eltárolják legalább a szolgáltatásokra vonatkozó összesmegrendelés számát, valamint egy bizonyos szolgáltatásra vonatkozóösszes megrendelés számát; legalább az eltárolt információk alapjánsúlyozzák a felkínált szolgáltatásokat; és a súlyozottszolgáltatásokat súlyuk szerint sorba rendezve kínálják az ügyfélnek(A).
