Abstract

Método para proporcionar asesoramiento en servicios de selección, tales como servicio de demanda de vídeo, ofrecidos a través de la red de telecomunicaciones, en cuyo método se reúne información estadística de un cliente (A), caracterizado porque dicho método comprende las siguientes etapas: - almacenar la historia de los pedidos realizados por el cliente (A) que cubre como mínimo los siguientes elementos: - número total de pedidos (Na) pasados por dicho cliente (A) en un determinado período de tiempo, y - número total de pedidos (Nia) pasados por dicho cliente (A) en una determinada categoría (i) - almacenar la historia de pedidos de los servicios que cubren como mínimo los siguientes elementos: - número total de pedidos (Nt) de servicio, y - número total de pedidos (Nv) por elemento de servicio, - calificar los servicios ofrecidos en base, como mínimo, a dicha información almacenada, y - ofrecer servicios de dicho cliente (A) en orden ponderado basado en dicha calificación de servicios.
