Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás nagy intenzitásúkisülőlámpák (HID lámpák) elektronikus gyújtójának működtetésére. Azelektronikus gyújtó rendelkezik egy vezérlővel, két, félhídelrendezésű teljesítménykapcsolóval, egy LC soros áramkörrel, egyvezérlő szabályozóval, amely a vezérlő működését szabályozza, a lámpaáramkörben egy áramérzékelővel, és a teljesítmény áramkörben egyteljesítményérzékelővel. Az eljárás foganatosítása során a következőlépéseket alkalmazzák: a) fl frekvenciájú impulzusokat hoznak létretl=a/fl, ideig, ahol n egy pozitív szám, és fl egyenlő a gyújtó LCsoros áramkörének rezonancia frekvenciájával; b) figyelik, hogy van-eáram a lámpa áramkörben az eltelt tl idő után, és abban az esetben,amikor nincs áram a lámpa áramkörben, akkor a h) lépéssel folytatják aműveletet; c) figyelik az áramot a lámpa áramkörben, és a h) lépésselfolytatják a műveletet, amikor azt tapasztalják, hogy a lámpaáramkörben megszűnt az áram; d) folytatják az fl frekvenciájúimpulzusok létrehozását meghatározott t2 ideig, az a) lépés szerintlétrehozott impulzusokat az elejétől számolva; e) az fl impulzusfrekvenciát f2 működési frekvenciára kapcsolják, amelynél elérik alámpa beállított teljesítményét; f) figyelik a lámpa teljesítményét,és ezt a teljesítményt stabilizálják a lámpa beállítottteljesítményszintjén, úgy, hogy fokozatosan módosítják az f2frekvenciát, és a h) lépéssel folytatják a műveletet abban az esetben,amikor a lámpa áramkör teljesítménye adott mértékben meghaladja alámpa beállított teljesítményét; g) a c)-f) lépéseknek megfelelőenfigyelik a lámpa áramkörben az áramot és a lámpa áramkörteljesítményét; h) megtiltják az impulzus létrehozást egymeghatározott, megközelítőleg t2/k-val egyenlő ideig, ahol k egypozitív szám; i) az a) lépéssel folytatják a műveletet addig, amíg azelső, az a) lépés szerint létrehozott impulzustól számítottmeghatározott t2 idő el nem telik; és j) megtiltják az impulzusoklétrehozását addig, amíg a gyújtóra adott teljesítményt először ki nemkapcsolják, majd be nem kapcsolják.
