Abstract

Atalálmány 3-ciano-2,4,5-trifluor-benzoil-fluoridra ésintermedierjeire vonatkozik. Atalálmány további tárgya eljárás 3-ciano-2,4,5-trifluor-benzoil-fluorid előállítására, mely eljárásrajellemző, hogy 5-fluor-1,3-xilolt katalizátor jelenlétében ionoskörülmények között a gyűrűben kétszeresen klórozzák, a kapott 2,4-diklór-5-fluor-1,3-dimetil-benzolt gyökös körülmények között azoldalláncokban klórozzák, a kapott 2,4-diklór-5-fluor-3-(diklór-metil)-1-(triklór-metil)-benzolt az adott esetben elkülönítendő 2,4-diklór-5-fluor-3-(diklór-metil)-benzoesavon keresztülelszappanosítják, a kapott 2,4-diklór-5-fluor-3-formil-benzoesavaldehidcsoportját reagáltatva 2,4-diklór-5-fluor-3-N-hidroxi-imino-metil-benzoesavat állítanak elő, ebből - a karboxilcsoport egyidejűklór-karbonil-csoporttá alakítása mellett - sav-klorid alkalmazásávalvizet vonnak el, a kapott 2,4-diklór-3-ciano-5-fluor-benzoil-klorid-nitrilt elkülönítik, és fluor/klór cserének alávetve cím szerintitermékké alakítják.
