Abstract

A találmány tárgya egyrészt egy eljárás, másrészt egy pufferkezelőrendszer egy számítógéprendszer memóriájában lévő legalább egypufferzónában pufferek definiálására és címzésére, továbbá a javasoltpufferkezelő rendszert magában foglaló vevő- és dekódolóberendezés,valamint egy puffercímző rendszer. Apufferkezelő rendszer vagy mindenegyes pufferzónához gyűjtőtárméreteket tároló gyűjtőtárméret-tárolóeszközt vagy minden egyes gyűjtőtár esetében egy pufferméretet tárolópufferméret-tároló eszközt, valamint ebből az egy kiválasztottgyűjtőtárban egy kiválasztott puffer címét kiszámító számítóeszközttartalmaz. Az eljárás során gyűjtőtár-méreteket tárolnak el; mindenegyes gyűjtőtár számára egy pufferméretet tárolnak el, és ezekből akiválasztott puffernek a kiválasztott gyűjtőtárban lévő címétkiszámítják.
