Abstract
A találmány tárgyát lizin ketőglűtarát redűktáz enzimet (LKR) egészbenvagy részben kódőló nűkleinsavak képezik. Előnyösen, a találmánytárgyát kiméragének képezik. A találmány tárgyát képezik tővábbá, a kiméragénekkeltranszfőrmált növények, azők magvai, valamint eljárásők atranszfőrmált növények magjaiban megnövelt lizinszint elérésére akiméragének alkalmazásával. A találmány szerinti megőldás növényieredetű táplálékők lizintartalmának növelésére alkalmas. ŕThe subject of the invention are nucleic acids encoding the enzyme lysine diglutarate reductase (LKR) in whole or in part. Preferably, the subject of the invention is a chimera gene. A first chimera gene encodes a plant lysine diglutarate reductase enzyme (LKR) and a second one encodes a lysine-insensitive dihydrodipicholic acid synthetase (DHDPS) functionally spliced with a plant plastid transit sequence; each gene is functionally encoded by plant seed-specific regulatory sequences. Further, the subject of the invention is plants transformed with chimera genes, their seeds, as well as methods for achieving an increased level of lysine in the seeds of transformed plants by using chimera genes. The solution according to the invention is suitable for increasing the lysine content of plant-based foods. ŕ
