Abstract
A találmány tárgyát izoflavon-szintetázt kódoló, izolált nukleinsav-szekvenciák képezik. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá az enzimbármely lényeges részét, szensz vagy antiszensz orientációban kódolókiméraszekvencia-konstrukciók, ahol a kiméraszekvencia expresszálásaaz enzim megváltozott mértékű termelését eredményezi a transzformáltgazdasejtben, valamint a nukleinsav-szekvenciák által kódoltpolipeptidek. A találmány szerinti megoldás alkalmas növényekizoflavon-háztartásának befolyásolására és izoflavon-tartalmánakmegváltoztatására. ÓThe invention relates to isolated nucleic acid sequences encoding isoflavone synthetase. The invention also includes chimeric sequence constructs encoding any essential part of the enzyme in sense or antisense orientation, where expression of the chimeric sequence results in altered production of the enzyme in the transformed host cell, as well as polypeptides encoded by the nucleic acid sequences. The solution according to the invention is suitable for influencing the isoflavone balance of plants and changing their isoflavone content. HE
