Description
A találmány tárgya az (I) általános képletű új ciklohexanonszármazékokat hatóanyagként tartalmazó gyomirtó- és növényi növekedést szabályozó készítmények, valamint eljárás a hatóanyagok előállítására.
Ismert az 5-ös helyzetben cikloalkilcsoporttal szubsztituált ciklohexenon-oxim-éter-származékok gyomirtó hatása (lásd 2 119 940 számú német szövetségi köztársasági szabadalmi leírást).
Továbbá ismert, hogy bizonyos 2-acil-hidroxi-2ciklohexén-l-on-származékok a növényi növekedésre szabályozóig hatnak (lásd 123 001 és 126 713 számú európai szabadalmi leírást).
Az (I) általános képletben
R1 jelentése 1-4 szénatomos alkilcsoport,
R2 jelentése szubsztituált ciklohexilcsoport, amely hidroxi-, 1—4 szénatomos alkil-karbonil-oxi-, 1-4 szénatomos alkil-karobnil-tio-, karboxi-metiliio-, 1-4 szénatomos alkil-karbamoil-oxi-, 1-4 szénaíomos alkil-tio-, 2-6 szénatomos alkoxi-alkil-, merkapto-, 1-4 szénatomos alkil-tio-karbonil-, 1-4 izénatomos alkoxi-karbonil-, 1-4 szénatomos alkilkarbonil-amino- és benzoiloxi-csoport közül kiválasztott egy vagy két szubsztituenst tartalmaz, továbbá adott esetben egy metilcsoporttal is helyettesített, és 5 τ
Zjelentése oxigénatom vagy =NOR általános képletű csoport, amelyben R3 1-4 szénatomos alkil-, 3-4 szénatomos alkenil- vagy 2-4 szénatomos halogén-alkenilcsoport.
A találmány olyan (I) általános képletű vegyüle?ek előállítására is vonatkozik, amelyek képletében Z = NOR3 csoport.
R2 jelenthet például olyan ciklohexil gyűrűt, amelynek például a következő szubsztituensei lehetnek: 3,4-dihidroxi, 3,4-diacetoxi, 3,4-dibuticiloxi, 3-acetoxi-4-hÍdroxj-4-metÍl, 3,4-dihidroxi-4-metil, 3-acetil-amino, 3,4-dibenzoil-oxi, 3-benzoil-oxi4-hidroxi-4-metil, 3,4-bisz(metil-karbamoil-oxi), 32 butiril-oxi-4-hidroxi-4-metil, 3-benzoil-oxi-4-hidroxi-4-metil, 4-hidroxi-4-metil-3-metil-tio, 3-acetiltio-4-hidroxi-4-metil, 4-hidroxi-4-metil-3-metiltio-karbonil, 3-acétil-tio-4-metil, 4-acetil-tio, 4-metil-tio-karbonil, 4-merkapto, 3-merkapto-4-metiI, 2-metil-tio, 3-metil-tio, 3-hexil-tio, 4-metil-tio, 4-fenil-tio, 3-fenil-tio, 4-acetoxi, 4-benzoil-oxi, 4-hidroxi, 4-karboxi-metil-tio, 4-acetil-amino, 3-metoximetil-5-metil, 5-metoxi-metil-2-metil vagy 3-etiltio-4-hidroxi-4-metil.
-2HU 201299 Β hogy a megfelelő olyan (I) általános képletű ciklohexenonszármazékot, amelynek képletében Z oxigénatomot jelent, R3O-NH2 általános képletű hidroxil-aminszármazékkal reagáltatjuk, a képletben R3 a fenti jelentésű. A reakciót közömbös hígítószerben, 0 ’C-tól 80 ’C-ig, főleg 15 ’C-tól 70’C-ig terjedő hőmérsékleten hajtjuk végre. A hidroxilaminszármazékot adott esetben vizes oldata formájában is alkalmazhatjuk.
Más, önmagában ismert eljárásokat is alkalmazhatunk (lásd például Tetrahedron Letters 29,2491 /1975/).
A következő példák az (I) általános képletű ciklohexenonszármazékok előállítását szemléltetik.

A bepárlási maradékot oszlopkromatográfiásan (Kieselgel, 230-400 mesh, diklór-metán/metanol = 200 : 1) tisztítva sárga olajként 26 tömegrész cím szerinti vegyületet (378. számú hatóanyag) kapunk. Kitermelés: 81%.
B példa
5-(3,4-Dihidroxi-dkIohexil)-2-[l/(etaxi-i>nino)propil]-3-hidroxi-ciklohex-2-én-l-on
Analóg módon állítjuk elő az 1. táblázatban felsorolt (I) általános képletű vegyületeket (a képletben Z NOR3 általános képletű csoportot jelent).

A vizsgált növények magjait fajtánként elválasztva sekélyen elvetettünk. A kikelés előtti alkalmazásnál a készítményeket közvetlenül ezután a talajra juttattuk.
A példaszerűen kiválasztott 5., 7., 37., 16., 15., 12.
Kikelés utáni alkalmazásban például a 8.
Továbbá a példaszerűen kiválasztott 7, 4., 37.
Ilyen haszonnövények lehetnek például a következők:

Keverékpartnerként szerepelhetnek például a dlazinok, 4H-3,l-benzoxazinszármazékok, benzotiadiazinonok, 2,6-dinitro-anilinszármazékok, N-fenil-karbamátok, tiolkarbamátok, halogén-karbonsavak, triazinok, amidok, karbamidszármazékok, difenil-éterszármazékok, triazinonok, uracilszármazékok, benzofuránszármazékok, kinolin-karbonsavak és más gyomirtó hatású vegyületek.
A 3-11. táblázatokban ismertetett vizsgálatokat 93 tömeg% xilol és 7 tömeg% Lutensol AP 8 (nyolcszorosán etoxilezett alkil-fenol-polietilén-glikoléter) elegyével készült 100 g/liter koncentrációjú emulziókoncentrátumból megfelelően hígított permedével végeztük.

A 88 299 számú európai szabadalmi leírásból ismert hatóanyagokat tartalmazó összehasonlító készítmények a következők [(I) általános képlet, Z = NOR3 általános képletű csoport]:
