Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer warmverformbaren aushaertbaren Nickellegierung fuer im Temperaturbereich von 650 bis 850C hochbelastbare Warmarbeitswerkzeuge in der metallurgischen und metallverarbeitenden Industrie. Es ist das Ziel der Erfindung gegenueber den bekannten technologischen Loesungen eine fuer warmverformbare aushaertbare Nickellegierungen erhoehte Warmverschleissbestaendigkeit der Warmarbeitswerkzeuge und dabei eine im Vergleich zu den CoCrW-Guss- oder Auftragsschweisslegierungen (Stellite) bessere Zaehig- und Temperaturwechselbestaendigkeit zu erreichen. Erfindungsgemaess wurde dies dadurch geloest, dass zu einer in der Zusammensetzung fixierten Nickellegierung mit Gehalten an W u. Mo 15 Gew.-% zur Gewaehrleistung der Warmverformbarkeit Rhenium von 0,05 bis 0,50 Gew.-% zulegiert wird. Ausgehaertet wird eine Haerte 450 HV garantiert. Kennzeichnende Anwendungen sind Schmiedesaettel, Warmscherenmesser und Warmarbeitswerkzeuge fuer Strangpressen.
