Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft die Ausruestung zum Elektroschmelzen von Metallen bei hohen und mittleren Frequenzen und zum anschliessenden Schleudergiessen in einer Schutzgasatmosphaere insbesondere kleiner Gegenstaende fuer dentale Zwecke und loest das Problem der Vereinfachung der Steuermechanismen der Heizspule und des Schmelztiegels, der auf dem Dreharm einer Zentrifuge angebracht ist. Das Ziel wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Heizspule im Schrank des Giessraums angeordnet und starr mechanisch und elektrisch mit den Anschluessen des Oszillatorkondensators verbunden und daneben koaxial die hoehenverstellbare Erregerspule des Oszillators angeordnet ist. Sobald sich der Schmelztiegel auf dem Dreharm der Zentrifuge auf dem hoehenverstellbaren Schlitten befindet, der auf einer starren Grundplatte angebracht ist, verschiebt sich der Schmelztiegel waehrend der Vorbereitung des Schmelzens nach unten in die starre Heizspule. Nach dem Schmelzen des Einsatzes kehrt der Schlitten mit dem Schmelztiegel unter der Wirkung einer Feder in die obere Stellung auf die Hoehe der Grundplatte mit der Kuevette zurueck.
