Description

Izum se odnosni na konstrukciju spoja s najmanje dva štapna profila prema značajkama navedenim u uvodnom dijelu patentnog zahtjeva 1. The invention relates to the construction of a joint with at least two rod profiles according to the features listed in the introductory part of patent claim 1.

Iz njemačkog patentnog spisa DE 31 52 347 Tl prema međunarodnoj patentnoj prijavi WO 82/01054 poznata je takova konstrukcija spoja, koja se može upotrijebiti za kostur ili slično i koja sadrži štapne profile izrađene kao cjevaste potpornje, te spojne elemente u obliku pridržnih stezaljki. Taj profil ima načelno kvadratičan presjek sa četiri uzdužna utora ili šupljine koja se protežu cijelom duljinom, uvijek u području kuteva profila. The retaining clips have a complex structure, and with the help of a screw connection, the mentioned segment of the first profile is connected on the one hand, and on the other hand, the ends that protrude into the next profile are tightened so that they rest against the inner surface of the next profile when stressed. The manufacture of individual components and the construction of the joint requires imperceptible costs, and handling during assembly and making the joint between the profiles proved to be difficult and time-consuming. The rod profile must be unconditionally made as a hollow profile, and making profile joints without further ado is not feasible at an angle that deviates from the right angle.
