Abstract

Poboljšanja u procesu kontinuirane proizvodnje elektroda bez nečistoća i bez željeza, za elektrolučne peći, koja obuhvaćaju mehanizam kojim se omogućava preinaka (zamjena), kod prelaska s klasičnog tipa elektrode iz amfornog ugljena (3) na novi tip elektrode, smanjujući na taj način na minimum zastoje peći. Ovaj mehanizam omogućava klizno spajanje elektrode (2), sa ili bez metalnog vrha (40), a sastoji se iz specijalne kontaktne ploče (8) za prenos električne struje, koja znatno smanjuje površinu kontakta; isto se postiže operativnim postupkom (6) za održavanje odgovarajuće visine kontaktnih ploča. Ovaj mehanizam se specijalno preporučuje za kontinuirano dobivanje metalnog silicija bez nečistoća.
