Claims (9)
1. Sistem koji sadrži sistem (100) generatora topline sagorijevanjem osnovanom na čvrstom gorivu koji proizvodi paru opremljen sa:
- setom senzora (140);
- regulatorom (208) zadate vrijednosti u sistemu generatora topline;
- sistemom (130) za distribuciju pare; i
- kotlom (120) koji sadrži izlaz (124) za paru kroz koji proizvedena para izlazi iz bubnja (122) kotla, pri čemu je kotao spojen sa sistemom za distribuciju pare tako da se para proizvedena u kotlu (120) usmjerava prema sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare preko izlaza (124) za paru;
pri čemu sistem sadrži:
- kontroler (202) male brzine;
- virtualni senzor (204) trenutnog oslobađanja topline, IHR, konfiguriran da procjeni IHR sistema generatora topline na osnovu prvih vrijednosti mjerenih od strane jednog ili više senzora (140), barem brzine protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru i tlaka pare u bubnju (122) kotla; i
- kontroler (206) velike brzine konfiguriran da primi od kontrolera (202) male brzine zahtjev trenutne brzinu paljenja na osnovu drugih vrijednosti mjerenih jednim ili više senzora (140), nivoa energije pare u sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare, da primi procjenjeni IHR od virtualnog senzora za IHR, da napravi usporedbu primljenog zahtjeva trenutne brzine paljenja i primljene procjenjene IHR, i da uputi regulatoru (208) zadane vrijednosti da podesi protok zraka ispod plamena u sistemu generatora topline na osnovu usporedbe.
2. Sistem prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je kontroler (206) velike brzine dalje konfiguriran da daje instrukcije regulatoru (208) zadate vrijednosti da podesi barem jedan protok zraka prekomjernog plamena, brzinu protoka čvrstog goriva koje se dovodi u sistem generatora topline, i brzinu vibracijskog kretanja površinske rešetke (112) na kojoj se nalazi čvrsto gorivo za sagorijevanje.
3. Sistem prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu su druge vrijednosti barem jedne od mjera tlaka pare u sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare, temperature pare u sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare i brzine protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru.
4. Sistem prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3 u kojem se procjenjeni IHR dobiva jednadžbom:
Proc. IHR = Fpare + K x dPbubnja/dt
pri čemu Fpare je brzina protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru, i dPbubnja/dt je razlika tlaka za bubanj (122) kotla.
5. Postupak reguliranja procesa sagorijevanja zasnovanog na čvrstom gorivu za sistem generatora topline (100) koji proizvodi paru opremljenog sa:
- setom senzora (140);
- regulatorom (208) zadate vrijednosti u sistemu generatora topline;
- sistemom (130) za distribuciju pare;
- kotlom (120) koji sadrži izlaz (124) za paru kroz koji proizvedena para izlazi iz bubnja (122) kotla, pri čemu je kotao spojen sa sistemom za distribuciju pare tako da se para proizvedena u kotlu (120) usmjerava prema sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare preko izlaza (124) za paru; i
- kontroler (202) male brzine;
- procjenjujući virtualnim senzorom (204) za IHR, IHR sistema generatora topline na osnovu prvih vrijednosti mjerenih od strane jednog ili više senzora (140), barem brzine protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru i tlaka pare u bubnju (122) kotla; i
- primajući od strane kontrolera (206) velike brzine od regulatora (202) male brzine zahtjeva trenutne brzine paljenja na osnovu drugih vrijednosti mjerenih od strane jednog ili više senzora (140), nivoa energije pare u sistem (130) za distribuciju pare;
- primajući od strane kontrolera (206) velike brzine procjenjene IHR od virtualnog senzora za IHR;
- vršeći usporedbu primljenog zahtjeva trenutne brzine paljenja i primljenog procjenjenog IHR; i
- upućivajući regulatoru (208) zadate vrijednosti da podesi protok zraka ispod plamena u sistemu generatora topline na osnovu usporedbe.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, koji dalje sadrži:
- instrukcije od strane regulatora (208) zadate vrijednosti kontrolera (206) velike brzine da podesi barem jedan od protoka zraka prekomjernog plamena, brzinu protoka čvrstog goriva koje se dovodi u sistem generatora topline, i brzinu vibracijskog kretanja površinska rešetka (112) na kojoj se nalazi čvrsto gorivo za sagorijevanje.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili 6, pri čemu su druge vrijednosti barem jedne od mjere tlaka pare u sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare, temperature pare u sistemu (130) za distribuciju pare, i brzine protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, pri čemu se procjenjeni IHR dobiva pomoću jednadžbe:
Proc. IHR = Fpare + K x dPbubnja/dt
pri čemu Fpare je brzina protoka pare u izlazu (124) za paru, i dPbubnja/dt je razlika tlaka za bubanj (122) kotla.
9. Računalno čitljiv medij na kojem su uskladištene programske instrukcije koje, nakon izvršenja od strane procesorske jedinice, dovode do toga da sistem izvrši postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8.
