Claims (6)

1. Metoda za obradu ekstrakcijske sačme suncokreta, posebno za obnavljanje proteina, pri čemu se čestice središnjih dijelova ljuske i prianjajućih proteina ekstrakcijske sačme odvajaju jedne od drugih pomoću prosijavanja, naznačena sljedećim koracima metode: usitnjavanje brašna udarnim mlinovima i/ili valovitim valjcima, prosijavanje proizvedene mješavine grubih i finih dijelova, odvajanje biljnih ljuskica (vlakana) i proteina pomoću vode, sušenje komponenti i prešanje drvenastih komponenti u pelete kao zapaljivo sredstvo za proizvodnju energije, pri čemu se najmanje dva koraka usitnjavanja provode u udarnom mlinu i/ili valovitom valjku nakon čega slijedi prosijavanje prije odvajanja vode i pri čemu se odgovarajuća smjesa u udarnim mlinovima podvrgava udaru u trajanju od 5 do 30 sekundi , pri čemu se odvajanje biljnih ljuskica (vlakana) i proteina vrši uvođenjem u separator vode i uklanjanjem plivajućih dijelova i dijelova koji se talože.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se nakon najmanje jednog koraka usitnjavanja i koraka prosijavanja, preostale grube komponente ispiru i nakon vremena zadržavanja za bubrenje proteina, proteini se odvajaju od drvenastih komponenti prosijavanjem stiskanjem i/ ili se stisnu valjanjem.
3. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena korakom sušenja proizvedenih odlomaka biljnih dijelova i proteina.
4. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena korakom odvajanja zračnom klasifikacijom.
5. Postrojenje za obradu suncokretove ekstrakcijske sačme, posebno za obnavljanje proteina, naznačeno s najmanje dva udarna mlina (3) i/ili mlina s valovitim valjcima (16), instalacijom za odvajanje vode (5) u obliku separatora vode, sušenjem sredstava (6), silosa (2, 10) za ekstrakcijsku sačmu i obnovljene proizvode, sredstva (8) za proizvodnju peleta i odgovarajućih sredstava za prijenos između instalacijskih elemenata.
6. Postrojenje prema zahtjevu 5, naznačeno time što je predviđena pokretna traka (17) sa sredstvom za navodnjavanje (18) i nizvodnim sredstvom za cijeđenje (19, 21), pri čemu slijedi korak sušenja proizvedenih odlomaka biljnih dijelova i proteina kada je biljka u upotrebi.
