Claims (15)
1. Metoda za izbacivanje spiralno namotanog dijela cijevi iz vretena (5), pri čemu vreteno (5) ima uzdužnu os oko koje se rotira i cilindričnu vanjsku površinu oko koje je profil koji formira dio cijevi spiralno namotan, metoda obuhvaćajući sljedeće korake:
- rezanje profila koji se namotava na vreteno (5) za formiranje kraja dijela cijevi, i
- potiskivanje barem jednog elementa za izbacivanje (12) prema kraju dijela cijevi, naznačenog
- držanjem tog barem jednog elementa za izbacivanje (12) stacionarno u smjeru uzdužne osi vretena (5),
- rotiranjem vretena (5) i dijela cijevi u istom smjeru kao i profila namotanog na vreteno (5) tako da element za izbacivanje (12) gura cijev u smjeru uzdužne osi vretena (5) sukladno rastu kuta kraja cijevi, i
- element za izbacivanje (12) se pomiče prema kraju vretena (5) svaki put kad je detektiran kraj profila.
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se vreteno (5) rotira tijekom izbacivanja brzinom koja prelazi brzinu rotacije korištene tijekom proizvodnje.
3. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je prolazak tog barem jednog elementa za izbacivanje (12) iza odrezanog kraja profila detektiran i taj barem jedan element za izbacivanje (12) se nakon toga gura u smjeru uzdužne osi vretena (5) tako da je element za izbacivanje (12) postavljen na kraj dijela cijevi.
4. Metoda prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, pri čemu je element za izbacivanje valjak (12) i prolazak tog barem jednog valjka iza odrezanog kraja profila detektira se nadzorom rotacijskog kretanja valjka (12).
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, pri čemu se kontakt tog barem jednog elementa za izbacivanje (12) s krajem dijela cijevi detektira nadzorom snage potrebne za držanje elementa za izbacivanje (12) stacionarnim u smjeru uzdužne osi vretena (5).
6. Uređaj za izbacivanje spiralno namotanog dijela poliolefinske cijevi iz vretena (5), koji obuhvaća vreteno (5) koje ima uzdužnu os oko koje se može rotirati i cilindričnu vanjsku površinu oko koje profil koji tvori dio cijevi može biti spiralno namotan, obuhvaćajući:
- barem jedan element za izbacivanje (12), i
- aktuator za rotiranje vretena (5).
naznačeno
- potiskivačem (11) za prijenos tog barem jednog elementa za izbacivanje (12) paralelno s uzdužnom osi vretena (5) i držanje elementa za izbacivanje (12) na određenoj poziciji.
7. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, koji obuhvaća barem jednu tračnicu (8) koja ide paralelno s uzdužnom osi vretena (5), nosač (9) koji je postavljen na tu barem jednu tračnicu (8) i prenosiv duž te barem jedne tračnice (8), linearni aktuator (11) za prijenos nosača (9) i elementa za izbacivanje (12) montiranog na nosač (9) aktuatorom prijenosa (11) za podešavanje položaja elementa za izbacivanje (12) u radijalnom smjeru vretena (12).
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, koji obuhvaća dvije paralelne tračnice (8) i dva elementa za izbacivanje (12).
9. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 6-8, pri čemu je element za izbacivanje valjak (12) koji ima os rotacije poprečno na uzdužnu os vretena (12).
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6-9, koji obuhvaća nadzorni sustav za detektiranje kontakta tog barem jednog valjka (12) s krajem dijela cijevi na vretenu (12).
11. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, koji obuhvaća detektor za detekciju prolaska tog barem jednog valjka (12) mimo odrezanog kraja profila koji je namotan oko vretena (5).
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, pri čemu je detektor detektor koji prati rotaciju tog barem jednog valjka (12).
13. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu nadzorni sustav za otkrivanje kontakta tog barem jednog valjka (12) s krajem dijela cijevi obuhvaća kontrolni sustav za nadzor snage potrebne za pomicanje valjka (12) u smjeru uzdužne osi vretena (5).
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 - 13, koji obuhvaća barem dva valjka za izbacivanje (12).
15. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 - 14, koji obuhvaća najmanje jedan aktuator prijenosa (10) za pomicanje barem jednog valjka (12) poprečno na uzdužnu os vretena (5).
