Claims (15)

1. Upotreba dvokomponentnog proteinskog kompleksa koji se sastoji od mnoštva molekula člana obitelji egerolizina odabranih iz skupine koju čine ostreolizin i pleurotolizin A, i mnoštva molekula člana super obitelji MACPF koji je pleurotolizin B (PlyB) za suzbijanje biljnih nametnika; pri čemu je ostreolizin polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 1; pri čemu je pleurotolizin A polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 2; i pri čemu je pleurotolizin B polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 4.
2. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se dvokomponentni proteinski kompleks sastoji od 20 do 30 molekula članova obitelji aegerolizina i 10 do 15 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF.
3. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što omjer molekula članova obitelji egerolizina prema molekulama članovima super obitelji MACPF iznosi 2:1.
4. Upotreba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri naznačena time što se dvokomponentni proteinski kompleks sastoji od 20 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 10 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF, ili sastoji se od 22 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 11 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF, ili sastoji se od 24 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 12 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF, ili sastoji se od 26 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 13 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF, ili sastoji se od 28 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 14 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF, ili sastoji se od 30 molekula članova obitelji egerolizina i 15 molekula članova super obitelji MACPF.
5. Upotreba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, pri čemu je ostreolizin polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 1; pri čemu je pleurotolizin A polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 2; i pri čemu pleurotolizin B je polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 4.
6. Postupak za zaštitu biljke od biljnih nametnika ili za suzbijanje biljnih nametnika, koji se sastoji od koraka: primjene na biljku kojoj je to potrebno pripravka koji sadrži mnoštvo molekula članova obitelji egerolizina odabranih iz skupine koju čine ostreolizin i pleurotolizin A, mnoštvo molekula člana super obitelji MACPF koji je pleurotolizin B (PlyB) i prikladnog nosača, kao što je puferska otopina; pri čemu je ostreolizin polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 1; pri čemu je pleurotolizin A polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 2; i pri čemu pleurotolizin B je polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 4.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je ostreolizin polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 1; pri čemu je pleurotolizin A polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 2; i pri čemu je pleurotolizin B polipeptid koji sadrži aminokiselinsku sekvencu koja ima najmanje 90%, kao što je najmanje 95%, najmanje 97% ili najmanje 99% identičnosti sekvence sa SEQ ID NO: 4.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačena time što je molarni omjer između članova obitelji egerolizina i članova superobitelji MACPF u rasponu od oko 3:1 do oko 1000:1, kao što je oko 5:1, oko 10:1, oko 20:1, oko 25:1, oko 30:1, oko 40:1, oko 50:1, oko 60:1, oko 70:1, oko 80:1, oko 90:1, oko 100:1, oko 200:1, oko 300:1, oko 400:1, oko 500:1, oko 600:1, oko 700:1, oko 800:1, ili oko 900:1, ili oko 1000:1.
9. Upotreba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5 ili postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačena time što je biljni štetnik kukac.
10. Upotreba prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5 ili postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačena time što je biljni štetnik insekt biljožder.
11. Upotreba ili postupak prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što je kukac iz roda Leptinotarsa ili Diabrotica.
12. Upotreba ili postupak prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što je kukac odabran iz skupine koju čine Leptinotarsa decemlineata (koloradska krumpirova zlatica) i Diabrotica virgifera virgifera (kukuruzne zlatice).
13. Upotreba dvokomponentnog proteinskog kompleksa kako je definiran u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5 ili pripravka kako je definiran u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačena time što se koristi za pripravu sredstva za zaštitu bilja.
14. Transgena biljka ili njezino potomstvo naznačena time što eksprimira ili je sposobna eksprimirati dvokomponentni proteinski kompleks kako je definirano u bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5; navedena transgena biljka ili njezino potomstvo sadrži jednu ili više rekombinantnih molekula nukleinske kiseline koje sadrže nukleotidne sekvence koje kodiraju navedeni dvokomponentni proteinski kompleks, a navedene nukleotidne sekvence su operativno povezane s najmanje jednim promotorom koji je funkcionalan u navedenoj biljnoj stanici tako da uzrokuje proizvodnju mRNA molekula.
15. Transgena biljka ili njezino potomstvo prema zahtjevu 14, naznačena time da je navedena transgena biljka ili njezino potomstvo biljka usjeva, kao što je biljka krumpira ili kukuruza.
