Claims (20)
1. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine naznačen time što sadrži:
a) bitumen koji ima dinamičku viskoznost jednaku ili veću od 35 000 cP (35 Pa.s), mjerenu na 60 °C, i API gravitaciju jednaku ili veću od 10 stupnjeva, pri čemu je bitumen u količini od 50 do 75% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine;
b) poliol koji ima od 2 do 8 atoma ugljika, u količini od 2 do 6% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine;
c) površinski aktivnu tvar, pri čemu površinski aktivna tvar sadrži kationsku površinski aktivnu tvar, neionsku površinski aktivnu tvar ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju, u količini od 0,05 do 0,4% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine;
d) mineralnu kiselinu, u količini za podešavanje pH vodene faze u regeneratoru asfaltne mješavine u rasponu od oko 2 do oko 4;
e) vodu u količini da upotpuni regenerator asfaltne mješavine.
2. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je bitumen u količini od 60 do 70% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine.
3. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačen time što je poliol u količini od 2 do 4% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine.
4. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što poliol ima ravni lanac i od 3 do 6 atoma ugljika.
5. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je poliol barem jedan odabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od propilen glikola, dipropilen glikola, 1,3-butilen glikola, pentilen glikola, glicerola, diglicerola i njihovih kombinacija.
6. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je površinski aktivna tvar u količini od 0,1 do 0,3% ukupne mase navedenog regeneratora asfaltne mješavine.
7. Regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je mineralna kiselina barem jedna odabrana iz skupine koja se sastoji od klorovodične kiseline, dušične kiseline, sumporne kiseline i njihovih kombinacija.
8. Regenerativna asfaltna mješavina za popločavanje naznačena time što sadrži:
a) regenerator asfaltne mješavine, prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, u količini od 1 do 5% ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje, pri čemu je bitumen sadržan u navedenom regeneratoru asfaltne mješavine prvi dio bitumena;
b) drugi dio bitumena koji ima dinamičku viskoznost jednaku ili veću od 35 000 cP (35 Pa.s), mjerenu na 60 °C, i API gravitaciju jednaku ili veću od 10 stupnjeva, pri čemu je drugi dio bitumena u količini od 2 do 8 % ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje;
c) agregat, u količini od 87 do 97 % ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje.
9. Regenerativna asfaltna mješavina za popločavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time što je regenerator asfaltne mješavine u količini od 1,5 do 3,5% ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje.
10. Regenerativna asfaltna mješavina za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 i 9, naznačena time što je drugi dio bitumena u količini od 3,5 do 6,5% ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje.
11. Regenerativna asfaltna mješavina za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10, naznačena time što je agregat u količini od 93 do 96% ukupne mase navedene regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje
12. Regenerativna asfaltna mješavina za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 11, naznačena time što agregat sadrži člana odabranog iz skupine koja se sastoji od gusto zrnatog agregata, zrnastog agregata, otvorenog zrnastog agregata, agregata kamene matrice, recikliranog asfaltnog materijala za popločavanje i njihovih kombinacija.
13. Popločana površina naznačena time što sadrži sloj regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačen time što uključuje korake:
a. Dobivanja mješavine poliola, površinski aktivne tvari, mineralne kiseline i vode, pri čemu se miješanje odvija na temperaturi u rasponu od 70 do 80 °C;
b. Dobivanja mješavine sastava, dobivene u koraku a), s prvim dijelom bitumena, koji ima dinamičku viskoznost jednaku ili veću od 35 000 cP (35 Pa.s), mjerenu na 60 °C, i API gravitaciju jednaku ili veću od 10 stupnjeva, pri čemu je prvi dio bitumena na temperaturi u rasponu od 100 do 150 °C, čime se dobiva regenerator asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7;
c. Smanjenja temperature regeneratora asfaltne mješavine, dobivenog u koraku b), na temperaturu okoline;
d. Dobivanja mješavine drugog dijela bitumena koji ima dinamičku viskoznost jednaku ili veću od 35 000 cP (35 Pa.s), mjerenu na 60 °C, i API gravitaciju jednaku ili veću od 10 stupnjeva s agregatom, pri čemu se miješanje odvija na temperaturi od 130°C do 170°C;
e. Dobivanja mješavine asfaltnog miješanja, dobivene u koraku c), koja se održava na temperaturi okoline, s mješavinom iz koraka d), pri čemu se konačna mješavina održava u temperaturnom rasponu od 130°C do 170°C, što rezultira regenerativnom asfaltnom mješavinom za popločavanje;
f. Provođenja kontroliranog hlađenja regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje, dobivene u koraku e), do temperature okoline;
g. Skladištenje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje, dobivene u koraku f) na temperaturi okoline do nanošenja na površinu koja se popločava.
15. Postupak proizvodnje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačena time što se regenerativna asfaltna smjesa za popločavanje zagrijava do raspona temperature zbijanja od 130 °C do 170 °C, prije nanošenja na površinu koja se popločava, kad je regenerativna asfaltna smjesa za popločavanje prethodno skladištena na temperaturi okoline.
16. Postupak proizvodnje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 14 ili 15, naznačena time što kontrolirano hlađenje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje iz koraka f) sadrži hlađenje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje brzinom hlađenja izravno proporcionalnoj brzini proizvodnje regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje.
17. Upotreba regenerativne asfaltne mješavine za popločavanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačena time što je u popločavanju površine.
18. Postupak proizvodnje regeneratora asfaltne mješavine prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 sa sustavom naznačenim time što sadrži:
a. Spremnik za miješanje (28) za dobivanje mješavine poliola, površinski aktivne tvari, mineralne kiseline i vode;
b. Spremnik za bitumen koji ima uređaj za zagrijavanje (29);
c. Zonu miješanja za dobivanje mješavine vodene otopine koja sadrži poliol, površinski aktivnu tvar, mineralnu kiselinu i vodu s bitumenom, što rezultira regeneratorom asfaltne mješavine (9);
d. Barem izmjenjivač topline (32) za hlađenje regeneratora asfaltne mješavine (9), dobivenog u koraku c), na temperaturu okoline;
e. Barem spremnik za skladištenje (33) za skladištenje regeneratora asfaltne mješavine (9).
19. Postupak za proizvodnju regeneratora asfaltne mješavine prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, naznačen time što zona miješanja koraka c) sadrži slijed prve statičke miješalice (30), barem koloidnog mlina (31) i druge statičke miješalice (30).
20. Postupak za proizvodnju regeneratora asfaltne mješavine prema patentnom zahtjevu 19, naznačen time što barem koloidni mlin (31) sadrži dva ili više koloidnih mlinova (31) postavljenih međusobno paralelno.
