Abstract
La invención se refiere a un acondicionador para mezcla asfáltica que comprende un betún, un poliol, un tensioactivo, un ácido mineral y agua. La invención se refiere además a una mezcla de pavimentación asfáltica acondicionada que comprende betún, árido y dicho acondicionador para mezcla asfáltica. El acondicionador para mezcla asfáltica, usado como aditivo, resuelve los problemas del estado de la técnica relacionados con la composición de pavimentación bituminosa, que exigen un uso rápido de las composiciones de asfalto <em>in situ</em>. El aditivo contribuye a la preparación de una mezcla de pavimentación asfáltica acondicionada que se puede almacenar a temperatura ambiente durante periodos más largos, en donde el aditivo, a temperatura ambiente, se puede añadir a una mezcla de árido y betún. Antes de su aplicación sobre una superficie, se calienta hasta un intervalo de temperatura entre 130 °C y 170 °C, en donde se mantienen todas las características necesarias para ser aplicado apropiadamente sobre la superficie
