Claims (7)

1. Uređaj za distribuciju ili prikupljanje tekućine unutar granuliranog sloja (6) koji se nalazi u koloni namijenjenoj za provođenje odvajanja u mnoštvo komponenti u kojem: - distribucija ulaznog fluida se vrši pomoću distribucijskog kanala (3) promjenjivog poprečnog presjeka u kojem fluid struji konstantnom brzinom Vcanal između 0,1 i 5 m/s; - skupljanje izlaznog fluida vrši se sabirnim kanalom (8) promjenjivog poprečnog presjeka u kojem fluid struji konstantnom brzinom Vcanal; - pri čemu kolona je kolona s aksijalnim protokom, • visina hsup(r) distribucijskog kanala (3) definirana između granuliranog sloja (6) i stijenke (4) distribucijskog kanala (3), slijedeći radijalnu koordinatu r, prati sljedeći profil: [image] • visina hinf(r) sabirnog kanala (8) definirana od druge rešetke (7) postavljene između granuliranog sloja (6) i stijenke (9) sabirnog kanala (8), slijedeći radijalnu koordinatu r, prati sljedeći profil: [image] • gdje je VSL površinska brzina fluida u granuliranom sloju (6) definirana kao omjer brzine volumenskog protoka i poprečnog presjeka kolone, R je polumjer kolone; ili - pri čemu kolona je kolona s radijalnim protokom, • radijalni položaj rdistrib(z) stijenke (4) distribucijskog kanala (3) računajući od osi kolone, prateći aksijalnu koordinatu z, prati sljedeći profil: [image] • sabirni kanal (8) omeđen stjenkom (9) prati radijalni profil profile rcollecte(z) koji se računa od osi kolone kao funkcija aksijalne koordinate z u skladu s formulom: [image] • gdje je VSL površinska brzina fluida u granuliranom sloju (6) definirana kao omjer brzine volumenskog protoka i poprečnog presjeka kolone, Hlit je ukupna visina kolone, z je aksijalna koordinata računata od ulaz fluida u kolonu, rdistrib(0) je radijalni položaj koji se računa od osi kolone gdje je z jednako 0, i Elit je debljina sloja definirana u radijalnom smjeru.
2. Postupak simuliranog pokretnog sloja koji koristi uređaj za prikupljanje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je cirkulacija tekućine unutar sloja granulirane krutine aksijalna, a ubrizgavanje u sloj se vrši pomoću kanala (2) koji je uglavnom centriran na okomitoj osi kolone, koja opskrbljuje vodoravni distribucijski kanal (3) omeđen stjenkom (4) distribucijskog kanala (3), sloj granulirane krutine (6) se zatim dovodi iz navedenog distribucijskog kanala (3) kroz prvu rešetku (5), a fluid struju kroz granulirani sloj (6) u uglavnom okomitom smjeru, fluid se tada sakuplja ispod druge rešetke (7) iz sabirnog kanala (8) omeđenog zakrivljenom stjenkom (9) sabirnog kanala (8) putem perifernih kanala (10), a sav protok se skuplja u jednom ispusnom kanalu (11) koji je uglavnom centriran na okomitoj osi kolone.
3. Postupak simuliranog odvajanja pokretnog sloja korištenjem uređaja za prikupljanje prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se cirkulacija fluida unutar sloja granulirane krutine vrši na radijalan način, te se fluid uvodi u središte kolone putem kanala (2) koji opskrbljuje distribucijski kanal (3) omeđen u središtu stjenkom (4) distribucijskog kanala (3), te zatim prolazi kroz granulirani sloj (6) od središta granularnog sloja (6) omeđenog prvom rešetkom (5) prema obodu granuliranog sloja (6) omeđenog drugom rešetkom (7) gdje se tekućina sakuplja u sabirnom kanalu (8) definiranom izvana stijenkom (9) sabirnog kanala (8), koji vraća tekućinu preko perifernih kanala (10) prema ispusnom kanalu (11) koji je uglavnom centriran na osi kolone.
4. Postupak simuliranog odvajanja pokretnog sloja korištenjem uređaja prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je sirovina koja se odvaja bilo koja smjesa aromatskih spojeva koji imaju od 7 do 9 atoma ugljika.
5. Postupak simuliranog odvajanja pokretnog sloja korištenjem uređaja prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je sirovina koja se odvaja smjesa normalnih i izo-parafina.
6. Postupak simuliranog odvajanja pokretnog sloja korištenjem uređaja prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je sirovina koja se odvaja smjesa normalnih i izo-olefina.
7. Postupak simuliranog odvajanja pokretnog sloja korištenjem uređaja prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što glavni fluid koji prolazi kroz navedeni uređaj ima gustoću između 600 i 950 kg/m3 i viskoznost između 0,1 i 0,6 cPo.
