Claims (10)

1. Sklop upravljačkog ventila (1) za neizravnu pneumatsku kontrolu, posebno pneumatski upravljanog lopatičnog motora dizalice, naznačeno time, da sadrži - dvije pneumatske sekvencijalno raspoređene jedinice ventila (2, 3), - jedan ulaz radne tekućine (4) i jedan ulaz kontrolne tekućine, - kanal za radnu tekućinu (6) koji povezuje ulaz radne tekućine (4) kroz dvije jedinice ventila (2, 3), s izlazom (5), - u svakom slučaju, klip ventila (9, 10) smješten unutar cilindra ventila (7, 8) prve i druge jedinice ventila (2, 3) i koji se može pomicati između otvorenog i zatvorenog položaja, - u svakom slučaju, opružni element (11, 12) koji pomiče prvi i drugi klip ventila (9, 10) prema zatvorenom položaju, - u svakom slučaju, upravljačku tlačnu komoru (13, 14) povezanu s ulazom upravljačke tekućine za primjenu upravljačkog tlaka koji se suprotstavlja tendenciji opružnog elementa (11, 12) na odgovarajući klip ventila (9, 10), pri čemu - prva ventilska jedinica (2) oblikovana je tako da kada se u prvu komoru za kontrolni tlak (13) primijeni kontrolni tlak, klip prvog ventila (9) se pomiče iz zatvorenog u otvoreni položaj, i pri čemu - dvije suprotne površine ventila (16, 17) koje su pod kutom jedna u odnosu na drugu raspoređene su na cilindru ventila (8) i klipu ventila (10) tako da se protežu duž smjera kretanja (V) u drugoj jedinici ventila (3) u području blokiranja i upravljanja (15) kanala radnog fluida (6) tako da površine ventila (16, 17) tvore otvor ventila otvoren u različitim širinama kada klip ventila (1) 0) pomiče se u cilindru ventila (8) zbog promjenjivog upravljačkog tlaka, a radni tlak se može fino podesiti prema širini otvora ventila ovisno o upravljačkom tlaku.
2. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time, što barem površina ventila (17) klipa ventila (10) druge jedinice ventila (3) ima dva uzastopna odjeljka (A, B), pri čemu je kut (a) između površine ventila (17) klipa ventila (10) i suprotne površine ventila (16) klipa ventila (8) u prvom dijelu (A) nakon zatvorenog položaja manji od kuta ( b) površine ventila (16) klipa ventila (10) i suprotne površine ventila (16) klipa ventila (8) u drugom području (B) uz otvoreni položaj.
3. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačeno time, što je površina ventila (17) klipa ventila (10) druge jedinice ventila (3) u prvom i/ili drugom dijelu (A, B) oblikovana tako da ide linearno, pri čemu je kut (a, b) između dvije površine ventila (16, 17) između 0,1° i 10°.
4. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačeno time, što je površina ventila (17) klipa ventila (10) druge jedinice ventila (3) oblikovana da se kreće nelinearno u prvom i/ili drugom dijelu (A, B), pri čemu se kut (a, b) između dvije površine ventila (16, 17) povećava između zatvorenog i otvorenog položaja i iznosi između 0,1° i 45°.
5. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 2-4, naznačeno time, što se prvi dio (A) i/ili drugi dio (B) površine ventila (17) klipa ventila (10) druge jedinice ventila (3) proteže u svakom slučaju preko najmanje 25% maksimalnog puta podešavanja (W) klipa ventila (10) u odnosu na cilindar ventila (8).
6. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je barem drugi klip ventila (10) oblikovan rotacijski simetrično, a odgovarajući cilindar ventila (8, 7) ima okrugli poprečni presjek tako da otvor ventila ima oblik prstenastog raspora.
7. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je prva i/ili druga upravljačka tlačna komora (13, 14) postavljena u području kraja (E) dotičnog klipa ventila (9, 10) nasuprot opružnom elementu (11, 12), i/ili je kanal radnog fluida (6) u prvoj i/ili drugoj jedinici ventila (2, 3) postavljen između područja (F) opružni element (11, 12) i područje (S) kontrolne tlačne komore (13, 14).
8. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što je ručna upravljačka jedinica postavljena ispred ulaza za upravljačku tekućinu koja ima ručni regulator pomoću kojeg se upravljački tlak upravljačke tekućine može glatko regulirati.
9. Sklop upravljačkog ventila u skladu s jednim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time, što ima jedan ulaz za upravljačku tekućinu koji je spojen na obje komore za upravljački tlak u unutrašnjosti sklopa upravljačkog ventila (1).
10. Postupak za regulaciju tlaka radnog fluida pomoću regulacijske tekućine u sklopu regulacijskog ventila (1) za neizravnu pneumatsku regulaciju, pri čemu sklop regulacijskog ventila (1) sadrži dvije jedinice pneumatskog ventila (2,3) raspoređene u nizu, svaka ima klip ventila (9,10) smješten unutar cilindra ventila (7,8), naznačeno time, da se sastoji od koraka: - primijenite radni tlak pomoću radne tekućine na ulaz radne tekućine (4) sklopa upravljačkog ventila (1), - kontrolirati upravljački tlak u upravljačkoj tekućini, posebno pomoću osjetljivog ventila ručne kontrole, i podvrgnuti ulaz upravljačke tekućine sklopa upravljačkog ventila (1) upravljačkom tlaku, - dovođenje kontrolne tekućine u svakom slučaju u komoru kontrolne tekućine (13, 14) prve i druge pneumatske jedinice ventila (2, 3), pri čemu kontrolna tekućina može pomaknuti klip ventila (9, 10) koji je opružnim elementom (11, 12) usmjeren prema zatvorenom položaju i smješten unutar cilindra ventila (7, 8) u otvoreni položaj, pri čemu - primjena upravljačkog tlaka u prvoj regulacijskoj tlačnoj komori (13) pomiče klip prvog ventila (9) iz zatvorenog u otvoreni položaj, pri čemu radna tekućina može teći kroz prvu, otvorenu jedinicu ventila (2) do druge jedinice ventila (3) kroz kanal radne tekućine (6) spojen na ulaz radne tekućine (4), pri čemu - primjena upravljačkog tlaka u drugoj regulacijskoj tlačnoj komori (14) uzrokuje pomicanje klipa drugog ventila (10) protiv sile opružnog elementa (12) u položaj klipa ventila (10) u cilindru ventila (8) povezan s upravljačkim tlakom između zatvorenog i otvorenog položaja, pri čemu radni fluid teče kroz kanal radnog fluida (6) u drugu jedinicu ventila (3) između dvije nasuprotne površine ventila ( 16, 17) međusobno pod kutom i protežu se duž smjera kretanja (V) na površini cilindra ventila (8) i klipa ventila (10), pri čemu se otvor ventila u kanalu radne tekućine (6) formiran između površina ventila (16, 17) može odgovarajuće fino podesiti ovisno o kontrolnom tlaku, te regulira tlak radne tekućine doveden na izlaz (5).
