Claims (6)

1. Metoda za ukapljivanje plinovitog metana, u kojoj: - osiguran je izvor plinovitog metana koji proizvodi protok plinovitog metana 5 na temperaturi T1 i tlaku P1, - osiguran je izvor tekućeg dušika koji proizvodi protok tekućeg dušika pri tlaku P2 i pri temperaturi T2 koja je niža od temperature trojne točke metana, - u prvom izmjenjivaču, protok plinovitog metana 10 na temperaturi T1 hladi se, kao protustruja, na temperaturu T3 koja odgovara onoj njegove točke rosišta izmjenom topline s protokom plinovitog dušika na temperaturi T4 iz bubnja za razdvajanje faza, - protok plinovitog metana na temperaturi T3 prenosi se u drugi protustrujni izmjenjivač, - protok tekućeg dušika na temperaturi T2 prenosi se iz izvora tekućeg dušika u bubanj separatora faza, - temperatura T4 koja je viša od temperature trojne točke metana i tlak P4 primjenjuju se u bubnju za odvajanje faza na takav način da su tekuća faza na temperaturi T4 koja stvara protok tekućeg dušika i parna faza na temperaturi T4 koja stvara protok plinovitog dušika prisutne unutar navedenog bubnja, - u drugom izmjenjivaču, protok plinovitog metana na temperaturi T3 se ukapljuje, čime se proizvodi protok tekućeg metana na temperaturi T5 isparavanjem protoka tekućeg dušika na temperaturi T4, čime se proizvodi protok isparenog dušika na temperaturi T4, - protok isparenog dušika na temperaturi T4 prenosi se u bubanj separatora, - protok tekućeg metana na temperaturi T5 prenosi se i zatim skladišti u spremniku koji sadrži fazu tekućeg metana i fazu plinovitog metana; navedena faza plinovitog metana izlazi iz navedenog skladišnog spremnika, čime se formira tok istjecanja metana, naznačen time što - protok istjecanja metana na temperaturi T5 usmjerava se u prvi izmjenjivač kao protustruja protoku plinovitog metana na temperaturi T1, te kao istostruja s protokom plinovitog dušika na temperaturi T4, čime se doprinosi hlađenju navedenog strujanja plinovitog metana.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se temperatura T4 održava unutar bubnja za odvajanje faza reguliranjem tlaka P4 unutar navedenog bubnja.
3. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačena time što se volumen faze tekućeg dušika na temperaturi T4 održava unutar bubnja separatora faza reguliranjem protoka tekućeg dušika na temperaturi T2 i tlaku P2 koji ulazi u navedeni bubanj.
4. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što se smanjuje sadržaj nečistoća u protoku plinovitog metana između izvora plinovitog metana i prvog izmjenjivača.
5. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što: - tlak P1 je najmanje 1 bar apsolutni, poželjno jednak 1.5 bar apsolutno, - temperatura T1 je u rasponu od 270K do 320K, poželjno jednaka 300K, - tlak P2 je najmanje 6 bara apsolutno, poželjno jednak 10 bara apsolutno, - temperatura T2 je u rasponu od 75 K do 85 K, poželjno jednaka 77 K, - temperatura T3 je u rasponu od 110 K do 130 K, poželjno jednaka 116.6 K, - tlak P4 je u rasponu od 4 do 6 bara apsolutno, poželjno jednak 5 bara apsolutno, - temperatura T4 je u rasponu od vrijednosti striktno veće od 90.7 K do 100 K, poželjno jednake 94 K, - temperatura T5 je u rasponu od 110 K do 120 K, poželjno jednaka 115 K.
6. Postrojenje koje provodi postupak prema zahtjevima 1 do 5 za proizvodnju tekućeg metana i koje obuhvaća: - izvor plinovitog metana na temperaturi T1 i tlaku P1; - izvor tekućeg dušika (22) na temperaturi T2 i tlaku P2; - bubanj za odvajanje faza (13) spojen na izvor tekućeg dušika (22) na temperaturi T2 i tlaku P2; - skladišni spremnik (6) spojen na izlaz tekućeg metana drugog izmjenjivača (4) i koji sadrži fazu tekućeg metana i fazu plinovitog metana; navedena faza plinovitog metana izlazi iz navedenog skladišnog spremnika, čime se formira tok curenja metana; - prvi izmjenjivač (2) u kojem protok plinovitog metana (1) na temperaturi T1 i tlaku P1 cirkulira kao protustruja protoku plinovitog dušika (16) na temperaturi T4 koji potječe iz bubnja separatora (13) i kao protustruja protoku istjecanja metana na temperaturi T5; - drugi protustrujni izmjenjivač (4) u koji ulazi protok plinovitog metana (3) na temperaturi T3 i u koji ulazi protok tekućeg dušika (14) na temperaturi T4 koji potječe iz bubnja separatora (13), a iz koji tok tekućeg metana (5) napušta na temperaturi T5, a tok isparenog dušika (15) napušta na temperaturi T4; - ventil (18) postavljen nizvodno od prvog izmjenjivača (2) u smjeru cirkulacije toka plinovitog dušika (16, 17) na takav način da regulira tlak P4 unutar bubnja separatora faza (13); - ventil (11) postavljen nizvodno od izvora tekućeg dušika (22) u smjeru cirkulacije protoka tekućeg dušika (10, 12) na temperaturi T2, na način da se regulira volumen tekuće faze unutar bubnja separatora faza (13).
