Claims (12)
1. Trofazni sklop za punjenje za punjenje električnih vozila, EV-ova, koji sadrži:
- trofazni distribucijski kabel za napajanje pomoću pomoćnih izoliranih vodiča za svaku fazu L1 in, L2 in, L3 in i neutralni vodič N in,
- najmanje jednu opremu za napajanje električnog vozila, EVSE, od kojih svaka sadrži unutarnje strujne krugove s ulazom koji je električno povezan s jednim ili više pomoćnih izoliranih vodiča L1 in, L2 in, L3 in, N in navedenog trofaznog distribucijskog kabela, i izlaz L1 out, L2 out, L3 out, N out koji se može električno spojiti na najmanje jedno EV radi pružanja energije za punjenje,
naznačen time što svaka EVSE nadalje sadrži:
- primarne releje R5, R7, R9 od kojih je svaki konfiguriran za spajanje ili isključivanje električne energije koju osiguravaju vodiči za svaku fazu L1 in, L2 in, L3 in na ulazu do odgovarajućeg izlaza L1 out, L2 out, L3 out, gdje je najmanje jedan prekostrujni zaštitnik spojen u seriju sa svakim primarnim relejem R5, R7, R9,
- sekundarni releji R6, R8, R10 - R16, gdje su releji R6, R8, R10 spojeni između L1 in, L2 in, L3 in L1 out, L2 out, L3 out odnosno,
i gdje sekundarni releji R11 - R14 omogućuju usmjeravanje jednofaznog opterećenja na izlazu L1out prema fazama L2 in, L3 in na ulazu, u tom jednom releju R11 je spojen s vodiča L2 in faze 2 na ulazu u prekostrujni zaštitnik spojen na R5, jedan sekundarni relej R12 spojen je s vodiča L2in faze 2 na ulazu na vodič L1 out faze 1 na izlazu, sekundarni relej R13 spojen je od vodiča L3 in faze 3 na ulazu do prekostrujnog zaštitnika spojenog na R5, jedan sekundarni relej R14 je spojen od vodiča L3in faze 3 na ulazu do vodiča L1 out faze 1 na izlazu, sekundarni releji R15 - R16 spojeni su na izlaz neutralnog vodiča N out iz vodiča L2 in faze 2 i vodiča L3 in faze 3, odnosno,
i najmanje jedan relej R4 spojen je između neutralnog N ulaznog vodiča i neutralnog N out izlaza,
- sustav upravljanja koji sadrži komunikacijska sredstva, pri čemu je sustav upravljanja konfiguriran za spajanje ili isključivanje svakog od navedenih primarnih releja R5, R7, R9 i sekundarnih releja R6, R8, R10 - 16 prema kapacitetu i strujnom opterećenju detektiranom na fazama i za slanje i primanje informacija o statusu releja do i od EVSE.
2. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 1,
naznačen time što dalje sadrži releje snage R1 - R3 na svakom faznom vodiču L1 in, L2 in, L3 in.
3. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što nadalje sadrži osigurače na svakom ulaznom faznom vodiču L1 in, L2 in, L3 in.
4. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što su primarni releji R5, R7, R9 releji bez blokiranja, i sekundarni releji R6, R8, R10 - R16 su releji sa blokiranjem.
5. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4,
naznačen time što dalje sadrži sredstva za vanjsku komunikaciju koja omogućuju komunikaciju podataka između kontrolnih sustava sadržanih u svakoj EVSE.
6. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1-4,
naznačen time što dalje sadrži komunikaciju preko dalekovoda, PLC, pomoću kontrolne jedinice, koja omogućuje komunikaciju podataka između kontrolnih sustava sadržanih u svakoj EVSE.
7. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je EVSE konfigurirana da radi kao glavna jedinica koja kontrolira komunikaciju podataka prema i od EVSE-ova ili drugih komunikacijskih sredstava sadržanih u istom trofaznom sklopu za punjenje obradom primljenih podataka, koji sadrže barem status releja, od EVSE-ova i slanjem specifičnih uputa u kontrolni sustav u svakom od ostalih EVSE-ova za kontrolu usmjeravanja izlaznih faza do ulaznih faza u svakoj EVSE spajanjem i odvajanjem svakog primarnog i sekundarnog releja u EVSE-ovima.
8. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6,
naznačen time što su vanjska komunikacijska sredstva ili komunikacijska sredstva putem električne linije konfigurirana da rade kao glavna jedinica koja kontrolira komunikaciju podataka prema i od najmanje jedne EVSE.
9. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8,
naznačen time što je glavna jedinica konfigurirana za upravljanje jednofaznim opterećenjem na izlazu L1 out prema bilo kojoj fazi L1 in, L2 in, L3 in na ulazu EVSE-ova sadržanog u istom trofaznom sklopu za punjenje, odašiljanjem uputa kontrolnom sustavu u EVSE-ovima.
10. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži sredstva za mjerenje trenutnog opterećenja na svakoj fazi električnih vodova trofaznog distribucijskog kabla i gdje se te informacije koriste za izvođenje ravnoteže opterećenja raspoložive snage spajanjem i odvajanjem svakog primarnog i sekundarnog releja u EVSE-ovima.
11. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što najmanje jedan EVSE sadrži sredstva za mjerenje strujnog opterećenja na svakoj fazi svojih električnih ulaznih linija L1 in, L2 in, L3 in spojen na trofazni distribucijski kabel, i gdje se ta informacija koristi za izvođenje ravnoteže opterećenja raspoložive snage.
12. Trofazni sklop za punjenje prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8,
naznačen time što je glavna jedinica konfigurirana za primanje podataka o opterećenju od drugih uređaja spojenih na, i koji crpe snagu iz istog trofaznog distribucijskog kabela koji daje napajanje EVSE-ovima, gdje navedeni podaci o opterećenju definiraju trenutno opterećenje na svakoj fazi L1 in, L2 in, L3 in.
