Claims (15)

1. Postupak kojeg provodi dekoder, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u: primanju, u prijemniku dekodera, bitovnog toka koji sadrži podatke iz jedne ili više podslika razdijeljenih iz slike na takav način da prva podslika sadrži širinu podslike koja nije cjelobrojni višekratnik veličine jedinice kodnog stabla (CTU) kada prva podslika uključuje desnu granicu koja se poklapa s desnom granicom slike; gdje bitovni tok sadrži skup parametara niza (SPS), gdje SPS sadrži potpuni skup svih ID podslika za jednu ili više podslika, te gdje SPS dodatno sadrži veličinu podslike i lokaciju podslike koja se odnosi na svaku od jedne ili više podslika; analiziranju, u procesoru dekodera, SPS kako bi se dobilo ID podslike, veličinu podslike i lokaciju podslike za svaku od jedne ili više podslika; dekodiranju, u procesoru, jedne ili više podslika kako bi se načinilo video niz iz bitovnog toka.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što druga podslika sadrži visinu podslike koja je cjelobrojni višekratnik veličine CTU kada druga podslika uključuje donju granicu koja se ne poklapa s donjom granicom slike.

5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što slika uključuje širinu slike koja nije cjelobrojni višekratnik veličine CTU.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5, naznačen time što slika uključuje visinu slike koja nije cjelobrojni višekratnik veličine CTU.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što se veličinu CTU mjeri u jedinicama uzoraka luminantnosti.
8. Postupak kojeg provodi koder, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u: razdjeljivanju, u procesoru kodera, slike u više podslika na takav način da prva podslika sadrži širinu podslike koja nije cjelobrojni višekratnik veličine jedinice kodnog stabla (CTU) kada prva podslika uključuje desnu granicu koja se poklapa s desnom granicom slike; gdje bitovni tok sadrži skup parametara niza (SPS); kodiranju, u procesoru, jedne ili više podslika u bitovni tok; kodiranju, u procesoru, skupa parametara niza (SPS) u bitovni tok, gdje SPS sadrži popis ID podslika za svaku od jedne ili više podslika, te gdje SPS dodatno sadrži veličinu podslike i lokaciju podslike koja se odnosi na svaku od jedne ili više podslika.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje: pohranjivanje, u memoriju kodera, bitovnog toka radi komuniciranja prema dekoderu.
10. Trajni računalo čitljivi medij koji sadrži računalni programski proizvod namijenjen upotrebi u uređaju za kodiranje videa, naznačen time što računalni programski proizvod sadrži upute koje može izvršiti računalo spremljene na trajnom računalo čitljivom mediju, tako da kada ih izvršava procesor uzrokuju da uređaj za kodiranje videa provede postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9.

13. Koder u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što koder dodatno sadrži: jedinica za pohranu, konfigurirana za pohranjivanje bitovnog toka radi komuniciranja prema dekoderu.
14. 15. Računalni programski proizvod, naznačen time što sadrži programski kod koji služi za provođenje postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9 kada ga se izvršava na računalu ili procesoru.
