Claims (15)
1. Aditiv za beton, naznačen time što sadrži
(a) butadien-stiren kopolimer;
(b) kopolimer stiren-akrilnog estera;
(c) voda;
(d) alkalni silikat; i
(e) pareni ili koloidni silicij.
2. Aditiv prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kopolimer stiren-akrilnog estera kopolimer stiren-butil akrilata.4
3. Aditiv prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time, da sadrži 5 do 95% težine butadien-stiren kopolimera (a); i 5 do 95% težine kopolimera stiren-butil akrilata kao kopolimera stiren-akrilnog estera (b), temeljeno na zbroju (a) i (b).
4. Aditiv prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da sadrži 20 do 80% težine butadien-stiren kopolimera (a); i 20 do 80% težine stiren-butil akrilat kopolimera (b), temeljeno na zbroju (a) i (b).
5. Aditiv u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što ima sadržaj vode u rasponu od 30 do 70 % težine, poželjno u rasponu od 40 do 60 % težine, u svakom slučaju temeljeno na ukupnoj težini aditiva.
6. Aditiv prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što je pH u rasponu od 9 do 12,5, poželjno u rasponu od 9,5 do 12, a poželjnije u rasponu od 10 do 11,5.
7. Aditiv u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što kao komponentu (d) sadrži natrijev silikat, poželjno s težinskim omjerom Si02 prema Na2O u rasponu od 1,5 do 5.
8. Metoda za proizvodnju mršavog betona sa sadržajem cementa manjim od 12% težine, na bazi betona, koji uključuje korak miješanja cementa s aditivom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7 i sa kamenim agregatom.
9. Metoda za proizvodnju konstrukcije ceste ili staze, koja uključuje korak miješanja cementa s aditivom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7 i sa kamenim agregatom, i uključuje korak proizvodnje hidraulički vezanog sloja miješanjem zemljanog materijala s cementom i aditivom prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7 i zbijanje temeljnog sloja dobivenog iz toga.
10. Metoda prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što hidraulički vezan sloj sadrži cement u količini od 0,3 do 10% težine, poželjno u količini od 2 do 5% težine, temeljeno na težini sloja.
11. Metoda prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 9 ili 10, naznačena time, da hidraulički vezan sloj sadrži aditiv u količini od 0,05 do 0,5% težine, temeljeno na težini sloja.
12. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 10 do 11, naznačena time što se gornji sloj nanosi na hidraulički vezan sloj, poželjno gornji sloj koji sadrži bitumen ili beton.
13. Upotreba aditiva prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7 za beton.
14. Uporaba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačena time što je beton mršavi beton s udjelom cementa manjim od 12% težine, temeljeno na betonu.
15. Upotreba prema zahtjevu 13 ili 14, naznačena time što je aditiv za beton za konsolidaciju tla.
