Claims (14)

1. Modul (100) uređaja za zaštitu od udara (SPD) koji sadrži: kućište modula (110); električne terminale prvog i drugog modula (166A, 168A) postavljene na kućište modula; prenaponski stezni element (132), električno spojen između električnih terminala prvog i drugog modula; i mehanizam termalnog rastavljača (140) smješten u konfiguraciji pripravnosti, pri čemu je prenaponski stezni element električno spojen s električnim terminalom drugog modula, mehanizam termalnog rastavljača može se ponovo pozicionirati za električno rastavljanje prenaponskog steznog elementa od električnog terminala drugog modula, mehanizam termalnog rastavljača uključuje: elektrodu (136) koja je električno spojena na prenaponski stezni element; rastavljačku oprugu (150) elastično otklonjenu i električno spojenu s elektrodom u konfiguraciji pripravnosti; prvi sigurnosni mehanizam (102) uključujući lem (148) koji osigurava rastavljačku oprugu u električnoj vezi s elektrodom u konfiguraciji pripravnosti, pri čemu je: lem taljiv kao odgovor na pregrijavanje prenaponskog steznog elementa; i rastavljačka opruga konfigurirana za električno rastavljanje prenaponskog steznog elementa od električnog terminala drugog modula kad se lem tali; i drugi sigurnosni mehanizam (104) koji uključuje slabo područje (156) u rastavljačkoj opruzi, pri čemu je rastavljačka opruga konfigurirana da pukne na slabom području kao odgovor na struju kroz rastavljačku oprugu kako bi električno rastavila prenaponski stezni element od električnog terminala drugog modula i naznačeno time da SPD modul uključuje dodatnu oprugu (160), pri čemu, u konfiguraciji pripravnosti, dodatna opruga (160): je električno spojena na elektrodu (136); primjenjuje opružno opterećenje na rastavljačku oprugu (150); i osigurava toplinski kapacitet za hlađenje rastavljačke opruge (150).
2. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je prenaponski stezni element varistor.
3. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da: prvi sigurnosni mehanizam uključuje kontaktni dio (154B) rastavljačke opruge (150) što zahvaća lem; slabo područje (156) se nalazi u rastavljačkoj opruzi između kontaktnog dijela i proksimalnog dijela (154A) rastavljačke opruge; i slabo područje (156) ima smanjenu površinu poprečnog presjeka u usporedbi s površinom poprečnog presjeka proksimalnog dijela.
4. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da: prvi sigurnosni mehanizam uključuje kontaktni dio (154B) rastavljačke opruge što zahvaća lem; slabo područje (156) se nalazi u rastavljačkoj opruzi između kontaktnog dijela i proksimalnog dijela (154A) rastavljačke opruge; i SPD modul uključuje dodatnu oprugu (160), koja primjenjuje opružno opterećenje na proksimalni dio.
5. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je rastavljačka opruga izrađena od materijala koji ima temperaturu omekšavanja veću od 300°C.
6. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji uključuje element hladnjaka koji je termalno umetnut između elektrode i lema, element hladnjaka (142) imajući toplinski kapacitet; pri čemu toplinski kapacitet elementa hladnjaka prigušuje i raspršuje toplinu od prenaponskog steznog elementa za sprječavanje taljenja lema kao odgovor na barem neke strujne udare kroz SPD modul.
7. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je toplinski kapacitet elementa hladnjaka u rasponu od oko 0,2 do 2,0 J/K.
8. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da je prenaponski stezni element (132) varistor.
9. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da: je element hladnjaka pričvršćen na elektrodu, opcionalno zakovicama (144), tako da element hladnjaka ostaje pričvršćen na elektrodu kad se lem otopi i rastavljačka opruga je električno rastavila prenaponski stezni element od električnog terminala drugog modula; i lem direktno zahvaća element hladnjaka.
10. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da: SPD modul uključuje potporni okvir (114); i potporni okvira uključuje integriranu potpornu značajku (124) konfiguriranu za otpor na pomicanje elementa hladnjaka u odnosu na rastavljačku oprugu.
11. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, koji uključuje kontaktni element (168), naznačen time da: kontaktni element uključuje terminal drugog modula (168A); i rastavljačka je opruga pričvršćena na kontaktni element.
12. SPD modul prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, koji uključuje pokazivački mehanizam (170) konfiguriran da daje upozorenje da SPD modul nije uspio kad mehanizam toplinskog rastavljača rastavi prenaponski stezni element od električnog terminala drugog modula.
13.
