Claims (16)
1. Temelj za vjetroturbinu, gdje temelj (10) suštinski ima prethodno izrađene elemente, sa prvim odjeljkom (11) realiziranim u vidu postolja koji se pruža vertikalno, na kome se može postaviti toranj vjetroturbine, i sa drugim odjeljkom (12) u vidu tijela temelja koji se pruža suštinski horizontalno, koji se nalazi u kontaktu sa zemljom (100), gdje je prvi odjeljak (11) postavljen iznad drugog odjeljka (12) i ima barem jedan zatvoreni element (14) postolja koji je realiziran prstenasto ili poligonalno, i gdje je drugi odjeljak (12) formiran od barem dva horizontalna elementa (22) koja imaju po barem jedan odjeljak (25) postolja, gdje barem jedan element (14) postolja prvog odjeljka (11) i odjeljak (25) postolja horizontalnog elementa (22) drugog odjeljka (12) imaju u suštini vertikalne otvore (18) koji se u montiranom stanju nalaze u istoj liniji, a u kojima su postavljeni suštinski vertikalni zatezni elementi (19), gdje je predviđen još jedan odjeljak (13) realiziran u vidu postolja koji se pruža vertikalno, koji je postavljen ispod drugog odjeljka (12) i ima barem jedan zatvoreni element (14) postolja, i gdje je još jedan odjeljak (13) neophodan za prijenos opterećenja vjetroturbine, naznačen time što je zatvoreni element (14) postolja dodatnog odjeljka (13) sastavljen od barem dva segmenta (16), i time što se segmenti (16) preklapaju u spojnoj zoni (38), i gdje se otvori (18), također, preklapaju u preklopnoj zoni ili i time što se segmenti (16) u spojnoj zoni međusobno graniče sa suštinski vertikalnim kontaktnim površinama.
2. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, što je zatvoreni element (14) postolja prvog odjeljka (11) sastavljen od barem dva segmenta (16).
3. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, što naznačen time, što u spojnoj zoni (38) suštinski horizontalni elementi (36) armature izbijaju iz segmenata (16) koji se preklapaju u spojnoj zoni (38).
4. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, što se segmenti (16) u spojnoj zoni (38) sužavaju u pogledu visine segmenata (16) i/ili širine segmenata (16).

7. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 6, naznačen time, što je zona suženja popunjena mortom (39).
8. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, što su barem prvi element (14) postolja prvog odjeljka (14) i barem dva horizontalna elementa (22) drugog odjeljka (12) prednapregnuti jedan sa drugim putem suštinski vertikalnih zateznih elemenata (19) tako da nisu potrebna nikakva dodatna pričvrsna sredstva, naročito horizontalna pričvrsna sredstva za preuzimanje opterećenja vjetroturbine.
9. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, što je ispod i iznad dodatnog odjeljka (13) predviđen barem jedan oslonac (14a) uz koji su postavljeni i zategnuti suštinski vertikalni zatezni elementi (19), i/ili što je iznad ili ispod prvog odjeljka (11) predviđen oslonac uz koji su postavljeni i zategnuti suštinski vertikalni zatezni elementi (19).
10. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, što je u prvom odjeljku (11) i/ili u drugom odjeljku (12) predviđen element (30) za učvršćivanje.
11. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, što element (30) za učvršćivanje nema otvore i/ili što je postavljen bez pričvrsnih elemenata u prvom ili drugom odjeljku (11, 12).
12. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time, što je element (30) za učvršćivanje realiziran kao čahura čiji se čisti unutrašnji promjer suštinski poklapa sa čistim unutrašnjim promjerom prvog i/ili drugog odjeljka (11, 12).
13. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time, što je element (30) za učvršćivanje obuhvaćen elementom (14) postolja suštinski iste ili veće visine tako da ograđujući element (14) postolja i element (30) za učvršćivanje imaju suštinski istu čvrstinu zida kao i elementi postolja, postavljeni iznad i/ili ispod njih.
14. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time, što se prethodno izrađeni elementi (16, 22) sastoje od armiranog betona.
15. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time, što je zatvoreni element (14) postolja prvog i/ili daljeg odjeljka (11, 12) realiziran u vidu čahure.
16. Temelj za vjetroturbinu prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time, što su vertikalni zatezni elementi (19) navojne šipke.
