Claims (32)
1. Suhi cvat sinsemilla kanabisa bez sjemena, koji se sastoji od:
a) terpenskog profila pri čemu mircen nije dominantni terpen;
b) sadržaja ulja terpena veći od 1,5%;
i
c) najmanje jednog propil alel lokusa A(Apr);
pri čemu je sadržaj trepenskog ulja aditivni sadržaj terpena u profilu terpena, pri čemu se profil terpena sastoji od terpinolena, alfa felandrena, beta ocimena, karena, limonena, gama terpinena, alfa pinena, alfa terpinena, beta pinena, fenhola, kamfena, alfa terpineola, alfa humulena, beta kariofilena, linaloola, kariofilen oksida, i mircena cvata, pri čemu se sadržaj terpena mjeri pomoću GC-FID i izračunato temeljem suhe težine cvata, i pri čemu se mogu dobiti cvatovi koje sadrže a), b) i c) od sjemena pohranjenog pod brojevima NCIMB 42251, 42252 i 42253.
2. Suhi cvat sinsemilla kanabisa bez sjemena sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, koja sadrži BT/BD genotip.
3. Suhi cvat sinsemilla kanabisa bez sjemena sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, koja sadrži BD/BD genotip.
4. Suhi cvat sinsemilla kanabisa bez sjemena sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, pri čemu je sadržaj ulja terpena veći od 2% težine.
5. Suhi cvat sinsemilla kanabisa bez sjemena sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, pri čemu cvat sadrži THCV sadržaj veći od 1% težine kako je mjereno pomoću GC-FID i izračunato temeljem suhe težine cvata.

i
c) najmanje jednog propil alel lokusa (Apr);
pri čemu je sadržaj ulja terpena sadržaj aditiva terpena u tom profilu terpena, pri čemu se profil terpena sastoji od terpinolena, alfa felandrena, beta ocimena, karena, limonena, gama terpinena, alfa pinena, alfa terpinena, beta pinena, fenhola, kamfena, alfa terpineola, alfa humulena, beta kariofilena, linaloola, kariofilen oksida, i mircena iz cvata, pri čemu je sadržaj terpena izmjeren pomoću GC-FID i izračunat temeljem suhe težine cvata, i pri čemu se mogu dobiti cvatovi koji sadrže a), b) i c). od sjemena pohranjenog pod NCIMB 42251, 42252 i 42253.
14. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 13 koja sadrži BT/BD genotip ili BD/BD genotip.
15. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 13 ili patentnom zahtjevu 14, pri čemu je sadržaj ulja terpena veći od 2% težine.
16. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-15, pri čemu biljka, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sadrži THCV sadržaj veći od 1% težine mjereno pomoću GC-FID i izračunato temeljem suhe težine cvata.

18. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-15, pri čemu biljka, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sadrži CBDV sadržaj koji je veći od 1% težine mjereno pomoću GC-FID i izračunato temeljem suhe težine cvata.
19. Dio sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-15, pri čemu biljka, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sadrži CBDV sadržaj koji je veći od 4% težine mjereno pomoću GC-FID i izračunato temeljem suhe težine cvata.
20. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-19, pri čemu se prvi ili drugi najzastupljeniji terpen u profilu terpena odabire između skupine koja sadrži limonen, alfa humulen, i beta kariofilen.
21. Biljka sinsemilla kanabisa, dio biljke, tkivo ili stanica sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13-19, pri čemu je prvi ili drugi najzastupljeniji terpen u navedenom profilu terpena limonen.

pri čemu je sadržaj ulja terpena sadržaj aditiv terpena u tom profilu terpena, pri čemu se profil terpena sastoji od terpinolena, alfa felandrena, beta ocimena, karena, limonena, gama terpinena, alfa pinena, alfa terpinena, beta pinena, fenhola, kamfena, alfa terpineola, alfa humulena, beta kariofilena, linaloola, kariofilen oksida, i mircena iz te biljke, i pri čemu je sadržaj terpena mjeren pomoću GC-FID i izračunat temeljem težine ekstrakta, pri čemu ekstrakt koji sadrži a) i b) je moguće dobiti od biljke koja sadrži cvat sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12 ili biljke sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 13 do 23.
25. Ekstrakt sinsemilla kanabisa sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 24, pri čemu je ekstrakt moguće dobiti od samo jedne biljke sa cvatom sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-12.
