Claims (14)
1. Žičana mreža (10a; 10b), naročito sigurnosna mreža, s mnoštvom spirala (12a, 14a; 12b) koje su međusobno upletene, od kojih je najmanje jedna spirala (12a, 14a; 12b) savijena od najmanje jedne pojedinačne žice, žičanog snopa, žičanih niti, žičane užadi i/ili drugog uzdužnog elementa (16a; 16b) s najmanje jednom žicom (18a; 18b), koja naročito sadrži čelik visoke čvrstoće, najmanje jednu spiralu (12a, 14a; 12b) koja ima najmanje jedan prvi krak (20a; 20b), najmanje jedan drugi krak (22a; 22b) kao i najmanje jedno područje savijanja (24a; 24b) koje međusobno povezuje prvi krak (20a; 20b) i drugi krak (22a; 22b), naznačena time što je uzdužni element (16a; 16b) savijen najmanje uglavnom bez torzije u sebe uzduž obrisa prvog kraka (20a; 20b) i/ili drugog kraka (22a; 22b).
2. Žičana mreža (10a; 10b) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što je uzdužni element (16a; 16b) savijen, najmanje uglavnom bez ikakvog uvijanja u sebe, uzduž obrisa područja savijanja (24a; 24b).
3. Žičana mreža (10a) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što površinska struktura (200a) prvog kraka (20a) i/ili drugog kraka (22a) ima poželjni smjer (202a) koji se proteže paralelno prema glavnom smjeru istezanja (112a) prvog kraka (20a) i/ili drugog kraka (22a).
4. Žičana mreža (10a) prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačena time što je površinska struktura (200a) prvog kraka (20a) i/ili drugog kraka (22a) bez djelomičnih struktura koje se pružaju spiralno u odnosu na glavni smjer istezanja (112a) prvog kraka (20a) i/ili drugog kraka (22a).
5. Žičana mreža (10a) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što, u poprečnom pogledu paralelno s glavnom ravninom produžetka spirale (12a) i okomito na uzdužni smjer (28a) spirale (12a), područje savijanja (24a) najmanje u dijelovima slijedi najmanje približno ravan smjer.
6. Žičana mreža (10a) prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što, u poprečnom pogledu, spirala (12a) najmanje u dijelovima prati stepenastu konturu.
7. Žičana mreža (10a) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što prvi krak (20a) i/ili drugi krak (22a) najmanje u dijelovima slijedi ravnu konturu.
8. Žičana mreža (10a) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se prvi krak (20a) proteže najmanje u dijelovima u prvoj ravnini, a drugi krak (22a) se proteže najmanje u dijelovima u drugoj ravnini koja je paralelna s prvom ravninom.
9. Žičana mreža (10a; 10b) u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se žica (18a; 18b) sastoji od čelika visoke čvrstoće i/ili ima vlačnu čvrstoću od najmanje 800 N mm-2.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju spirale (12a) za žičanu mrežu (10a), naročito za sigurnosnu mrežu, naročito prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je spirala (12a) savijena iz najmanje jedne pojedinačne žice, žičanog snopa, žičanih niti, žičane užadi i/ili drugog uzdužnog elementa (16a; 16b) s najmanje jednom žicom (18a; 18b), koja naročito sadrži čelik visoke čvrstoće, na takav način da sadrži najmanje jedan prvi krak (20a), najmanje jedan drugi krak (22a) kao i najmanje jedno područje savijanja (24a) koje međusobno povezuje prvi krak (20a) i drugi krak (22a), naznačen time što je uzdužni element (16a; 16b) savijen, najmanje uglavnom bez torzije u sebe, uzduž obrisa prvog kraka (20a) i/ili drugog kraka (22a), pri čemu je uzdužni element (16a) savijen pomoću uređaja za savijanje (74a), navedeni uzdužni element (16a) je isporučen radi savijanja, te pri čemu se tijekom transporta uzdužni element (16a) je rotira oko svoje uzdužne osi (204a).
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što uzdužni element (16a) prolazi kroz rotirajući uređaj za usmjeravanje (206a).
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time što se uzdužni element (16a) odmotava iz zajednički rotirajućeg koluta (208a).
13. Postupak u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što, najmanje jednim podešavanjem brzine rotacije uzdužnog elementa (16a), torzija uzdužnog elementa (16a) tijekom savijanja kompenzira pomoću uređaja za savijanje (74a).
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što, se za savijanje područja savijanja (24a), uzdužni element (16a) zakreće najmanje za kompenzacijski kut, koji odgovara kutu (212a) između prvog kraka (20a) i drugog kraka (22a) u pogledu sprijeda okomito na glavnu ravninu proširenja spirale (12a).
