Claims (15)
1. Ekološki sustav (100) za vozilo (400) koji upotrebljava kinetičku energiju vozila u vožnji (400), koji sadrži:
jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) koji vode, komprimiraju, ubrzavaju i izbacuju struja zraka koju hvata jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) u vozilu u vožnji (400); i
prvi podsustav (12-000), koji sadrži jedan ili više aerodinamičkih profila (12-100), koji prima struju zraka koju izbacuju jedan ili više uređaja (11-000), gdje jedan ili više aerodinamičkih profila (12-100) generiraju uzgon na vozilu;
gdje je jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) smješten na prednjem dijelu sustava (100) i udara ulaznim područjem struju zraka koja prodire, te koju se komprimira, ubrzava i vodi prema izlaznom području, gdje je navedeno ulazno područje jednog ili više uređaja (11-000) veće nego navedeno izlazno područje, tako da brzina struje zraka je značajno viša na izlaznom području nego na ulaznom području; i
naznačen time što se navedeno ulazno područje jednog ili više uređaja (11-000) može smjestiti oko područja prednjeg dijela vozila (400).
2. Ekološki sustav (100) koji upotrebljava kinetičku energiju vozila (400) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži drugi podsustav (13-000), koji sadrži jednu ili više turbina (13-200), koje primaju struju zraka koja dolazi iz jednog ili više uređaja (11-000), gdje prvi (12-000) i drugi (13-000) podsustav mogu raditi zajedno ili odvojeno.
3. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) dodatno sadrže jedan ili više usisnih otvora, prigušivač kompresije i jedan ili više ispušnih otvora.
4. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) dodatno sadrže bočne stijenke (11-200), koje se pružaju od jednog ili više usisnih otvora do jednog ili više ispušnih otvora.

Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) dodatno sadrže gornje tlačne stijenke (11-300) i donje tlačne stijenke (11-400), koje se pružaju od navedenog usisnog otvora do navedenog ispušnog otvora, gdje kut i duljina variraju kao funkcija morfologije vozila u vožnji (400).
6. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) dodatno sadrže jedan ili više sustava za upravljanje unosom zraka.
7. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što jedan ili više aerodinamičkih profila (12-100) dodatno sadrže vanjsku strukturu (12-120), koju nosi jedan ili više uređaja na vrhu krila (12-121), koji pak prenose silu na bočne šipke (12-122), koje prolaze kao muški element u jednu ili više udubina (12-122a) vozila (400).
8. Ekološki sustav (100) koji upotrebljava kinetičku energiju vozila (400) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 2, naznačen time što drugi podsustav (13-000) sadrži:
kućište (13-100);
jednu ili više turbina (13-200), koje pogone jedan ili više elektromotora/generatora električne energije kroz jedan ili više sustava transmisije (13-400);
jedan ili više unutarnjih ili vanjskih motora po turbinskoj jedinici (13-200);
jedan ili više unutarnjih ili vanjskih sustava transmisije;
jedan ili više difuzorskih ili elemenata za prigušivanje buke (13-700); i
jedan ili više ispušnih elemenata (13-900).
9. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što uređaj (11-000) sadrži dodatno sredstvo za uzglobljenje (11-600), koje vodi zrak koji ulazi kroz prednji dio sustava (100) prema izlazu uređaja (11-000).
10. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što navedeni uređaj (11-000) dodatno sadrži ejektor za laminarno strujanje (11-700), koji ima fiksna ili varijabilna područja.
11. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što ejektor za laminarno strujanje (11-700) uređaja (11-000) dodatno sadrži šine (11-730, 11-731) na obje bočne (11-200) i gornje (11-300) i donje (11-400) stijenke, sredstvo za pričvršćivanje (11-744) za njegovo sklapanje u spremniku i okomiti nosivi stup (11-741) za njegovo montiranje i demontiranje iz sustava (100) i mehanički uređaj za njegovu vuču.
12. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što navedeno sredstvo za uzglobljenje (11-600) sadrži jedan ili više fleksibilnih elemenata (11-620) za provođenje zraka.
13. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što:
– se može prilagoditi vozilu (400); ili
– je integralni dio vozila (400) putem glave (14-000), koja sadrži jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) i bočne uređaje (14-100).
14. Ekološki sustav (100) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što:
– jedan ili više bočnih uređaja (14-100) se može konfigurirati da budu smješteni bočno u glavi (14-000) vozila (400); ili
– ekološki sustav (100) dodatno sadrži fleksibilne elemente (14-200), koje se može konfigurirati za smještaj od vrha do dno vozila (400).
15. Ekološki sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su jedan ili više uređaja (11-000) smješteni bočno u glavi (14-000) vozila (400).
