Abstract

The invention is a game that allows true worldwide participation through the use of social media tools and devices. The object or mission of the game is to answer a set number of questions to generate a key that opens a vault unveiling a prize. The first team to successfully answer all the questions and generate the key that opens the vault wins the competition. For a person to play the game teams are formed by registered players and only teams are recognized in the competition. Each question is supplied a set of clues that help lead to the correct answer. While all answers and key characters and numbers are typed in at the web site, all questions, clues, and key characters and numbers are delivered only to preselected social media channels, not at the web site adding to the challenge and fun.

  • Based on today's energy needs there are exists a need to generate energy when ever and where ever possible, especially when you can convert mechanical energy into electrical energy from an existing mechanical energy that is being wasted.
  • There is still room for improvement in the art.
  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION
  • The current invention is a The Pneumatic Road Generator is an Electricity-Generating device, which transforms the kinetic energy of cars passing over the road panels. It transfers mechanical energy to generate pneumatic pressure which is then used to drive a Turbine Generator resulting in Electric Energy and to supply an “Air Charging Station,” for vehicles running on Compressed Air.

  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
  • Without restricting the full scope of this invention, the preferred form of this invention is illustrated in the following drawings:
  • FIG. 1 shows an overview of the panels with traffic flow;
  • FIG. 2 shows road panels supported by springs;
  • FIG. 3 displays air flow;
  • FIG. 4 shows a single front and back view; and
  • FIG. 5 shows the compress air traveling to the generator.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The following description is demonstrative in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application of uses.
  • There are a number of significant design features and improvements incorporated within the invention.
  • The Pneumatic Road Generator is a Electricity-Generating device, which transforms the kinetic energy of cars passing over the road panels, into mechanical energy to generate pneumatic pressure which is then used in two ways:
    • 1. To drive a Turbine Generator resulting in Electric Energy.
    • 2. To supply an “Air Charging Station,” for vehicles running on Compressed Air.
  • The Pneumatic Road Generator, which can be located on any road, would work in the following manner. The panels (4) would be placed in two rows per lane, perpendicular to the direction of traffic as shown in FIG. 1. Every vehicle driving in the traffic lane would be activating two panels at a time per axle.
  • The road panels (4) supported by the springs (2), await the vehicles traveling in the lane, as seen in FIG. 2.
  • Vehicle tires (14) roll over the road panel (3), displace the road panel (3), piston (4), and piston seal (9), which are all attached together as one unit, pushing down into the cylinder (5). As the piston and piston seal (9) travel down the cylinder (5), the piston seal (9) seals and the downward motion compresses and pushes the air in the cylinder (5) out through the non-return valve (6), and into the high-pressure piping; all while compressing the Springs (2), as seen in FIG. 3.
  • As seen in FIG. 2, When the vehicle tires (15) have rolled over the road panel (3), and are no longer on the road panels (3), the springs (2) decompress to their original state, pushing the road panel (3), piston (4), and piston seal (9) back up to their original position, awaiting the next vehicle tires (15), as seen in FIG. 2. This upward motion loosens the piston seal's (9) seal, allowing air to pass into the cylinder (4) between the piston seal (9) and the cylinder (4) wall.
  • The whole time, the non-return valve (6) allows the air to pass from the cylinder (4) to the high pressure pipe, but not from the high pressure pipe (7) to the cylinder (4).
  • Refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 for the following. All the compressed air, traveling from the cylinder (4), through the high pressure pipe (7), to a header (10), which takes it to the compressed air tank (11). From the compressed air tank (11), the compressed air will flow through a high pressure pipe (7), to both, a turbine generator (12), where the pressure of the compressed air will rotate a turbine, fixed to an electric generator, resulting in electric current; and a compressed air station (13), which can supply compressed air for a number of things, including vehicles that run on compressed air. FIG. 4 displays a front and back view of the invention. The invention can also have pressure gauges (15) measuring the pressure of the compressed air in the cylinder (4), high pressure pipe (7) and/or compressed air station (13).
  • Although the present invention has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain preferred versions thereof, other versions are possible. Therefore, the point and scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the preferred versions contained herein.
  • Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the invention. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.
