Claims (15)

1. Postupak za pripremanje granula u ko-rotirajućem dvostruko vijčanom procesoru, koji obuhvaća: dovođenje ulaznog materijala za granulaciju u procesoru upotrebom jednog ili više dovoda praha; uvođenje pare kao sredstva za aktivaciju granulacije u procesoru; granuliranje ulaznog materijala u prisutnosti pare za formiranje suhih granula; i sakupljanje suhih granula iz zone pražnjenja procesora; pri čemu je brzina dovođenja pare u procesor kontrolirana na temelju brzine dovođenja ulaznog materijala u procesor tako da je para u količini od otprilike 2.5 do 5 posto masenog udjela u odnosu na ulazni materijal dostupna za granulaciju.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu se ulazni materijal sastoji od barem jednog aktivnog sastojka ili barem jednog veziva.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sadržaj vlage granula prikupljen od procesora nije više od 5 posto masenog udjela, spomenuti sadržaj vlage kao određen postupkom “gubitka putem sušenja“ (engl. Loss-on-Drying method) opisanim u opisu patenta.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaćajući ravnomjerno miješanje, otpuštenih granula iz procesora s upijačem vlage.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, dalje obuhvaćajući dodavanje barem jednog upijača vlage u procesor nakon aktivacije granulacije ulaznog materijala s parom i prije sakupljanja granula iz zone pražnjenja procesora.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 4 ili 5, pri čemu je upijač vlage izabran iz skupine koja se sastoji od mikrokristalne celuloze, silicijevog dioksida ili njihove kombinacije.
7. Ko-rotirajući dvostruki vijčani procesor za pripremu granula prema procesu prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, koji obuhvaća: ulaznu zonu koja ima jedan ili više dovoda praha za dovođenje ulaznog materijala u procesor; dovod pare konfiguriran za uvođenje pare kao sredstva za aktivaciju granulacije u procesor; granulacijsku zonu za granuliranje ulaznog materijala u prisutnosti pare za formiranje granula; upravljača konfiguriranog za nadziranje aktivnosti i brzine dovođenja barem jednog od dovoda praha ili dovoda pare tako da je 2.5 do 5 posto masenog udjela pare u odnosu na ulazni materijal dostupan za granulaciju; i zona pražnjenja imajući ne-istiskujući otvor iz kojeg se mogu skupiti granule.
8. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je dovod pare smješten u granulacijsku zonu procesora.
9. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, dalje obuhvaćajući dovod pomoćnog sredstva za uvođenje najmanje jednog upijača vlage u procesor nizvodno od dovoda pare.
10. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, dalje obuhvaćajući zonu distribucije vlage za miješanje barem jednog upijača vlage s granulama iz granulacijske zone za dobivanje granula sa sadržajem vlage ne više od 5 posto masenog udjela, spomenuti sadržaj vlage kao određen postupkom “gubitka putem sušenja“ (engl. Loss-on-Drying method) kao opisano u opisu patenta.
11. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, pri čemu je upravitelj konfiguriran za nadzor aktivnosti i brzine dodavanja jednog ili više dovoda praha, dovoda pare ili dovoda pomoćnog sredstva tako da je sadržaj vlage granula dobiven iz zone pražnjenja manji od 5 posto masenog udjela, spomenuti sadržaj vlage kao određen postupkom “gubitka putem sušenja“ (engl. Loss-on-Drying method) kao što je opisano u opisu patenta.
12. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu je upravitelj konfiguriran za podešavanje razine uvođenja pare u procesor na temelju brzine dovođenja ulaznog materijala u procesor tako da je 2.5 do 5 posto masenog udjela, pare u odnosu na ulazni materijal dostupno za granulaciju.
13. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu se granulacijska zona sastoji od barem jednog frakcijskog elementa za gnječenje za ravnomjernu raspodjelu pare tijekom granulacije.
14. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu granulacijska zona obuhvaća ne više od dva para frakcijskih elemenata za gnječenje za ravnomjernu raspodjelu pare tijekom granulacije.
15. Procesor prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu zona distribucije vlage obuhvaća jedan par frakcijskih elemenata za gnječenje.
