Claims (9)

1. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sadrži biljni škrob i biljni zgušnjivač ili sredstvo za želiranje, pri čemu je to pomoćno sredstvo kompostibilno, i pri čemu to pomoćno sredstvo sadrži 40-50% biljnog škroba, 35-50% sredstva za zgušnjavanje ili želiranje 0-10% celuloze i/ili drvne mase 0-10% voska, po mogućnosti karnauba voska ili sojinog voska 0-3% ulja orašastih plodova ili suncokretovo ulje 0-2% glicerola i po želji vanjski premaz.
2. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, dodatno sadrži vanjski premaz koji sadrži karnauba vosak, i/ili vosak uljane repice, i/ili parafin, ili njihove mješavine, po mogućnosti sadržavajući biopolimere, posebno prirodni lateks.
3. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu to pomoćno sredstvo sadrži 40-50% biljnog škroba, 35-45% guar gume i 1-5% ksantan gume i po želji vosak i/ili premaz na bazi prirodnog lateksa.
4. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3, pri čemu se glicerol poprska kao drugi premaz na pomoćnom sredstvu.
5. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, pri čemu je to pomoćno sredstvo slamčica, čaša, pribor ili štapić za lizalo.
6. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 sadrži: 40-50% škroba, 35-45% guar gume, 1-5% ksantan gume, prehrambenu boju, i prirodni sloj obloge na bazi lateksa, pri čemu se taj sloj premaza sastoji od 5% karnauba voska, 2% glicerola, 93% mlijeka prirodnog lateksa, i pri čemu je pomoćno sredstvo slamčica koja se može kompostirati.
7. Pomoćno sredstvo za jelo i piće sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu je biljni škrob odabran iz skupine koja sadrži pšenični škrob, krumpirov škrob, kukuruzni škrob, tapioka škrob ili njihovu mješavinu i pri čemu taj biljni zgušnjivač ili sredstvo za želiranje je mješavina guar gume i ksantan gume.
8. Postupak pravljenja kompostibilnih pomoćnih sredstava za jelo i piće sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, taj postupak sadrži slijedeće korake a. pripremanja mješavine koja sadrži biljni škrob i biljni zgušnjivač ili sredstvo za želiranje koji sadrži korake a.1 kombiniranje čvrstih sastojaka iz mješavine koja sadrži biljni škrob i biljni zgušnjivač i sredstvo za želiranje i miješanje ovih sastojaka, a.2 dodavanje tekućih sastojaka koji sadrže vodu u mješavini u koraku a.1 u količini od 30-60% neto težine mješavine a.1 i miješanje ovih sastojaka, b. stvaranje mješavine u koraku a. u pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće, pri čemu je ta mješavina iz stavke a. zgušnjavanja pomoću plastificirajućeg uvrtanja prije stvaranja, c. stvrdnjavanje/sušenje pomoćnog sredstva za jelo ili piće stvorenog u koraku b., d. po želji, nanošenje sloja obloge na pomoćno sredstvo za jelo ili piće stvrdnuto ili osušeno u koraku c. s emulzijom koja sadrži karnauba vosak, i/ili vosak uljane repice, i/ili parafin, ili njihove mješavine, poželjno još sadrži biopolimere, osobito prirodni lateks.
9. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 8, pri čemu se emulzija za nanošenje premaza u izbornom koraku d. sastoji od bilo 32,5% karnauba voska, 17,5% prirodnog mlijeka lateksa i 50% vode, ili od 50% karnauba voska i 50% vode, ili od 5% karnauba voska i 95% prirodnog lateksa.
