Claims (8)
1. Bifenilni spoj, naznačen time, da je predstavljen strukturama opće formule I:

u kojoj:
R1 i R2 se neovisno biraju od C1-C8 haloalkila, C2-C8 haloalkenila, C2-C8 haloalkinila ili cijanoC1-C8 haloalkila;
m i n se neovisno biraju od 0, 1 ili 2.
2. Spoj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da u općoj formuli I:
R1 i R2 se neovisno biraju od C1-C3 haloalkila, C2-C6 haloalkenila, C2-C6 haloalkinila ili cijanoC1-C3 haloalkila;
m i n se neovisno biraju od 0 ili 1.
3. Spoj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da u općoj formuli I:
R1 i R2 se neovisno biraju od trifluorometila, CH2CF3, CH2CHF2, CH2CH2F ili CH=CF2;
m i n se neovisno biraju od 0 ili 1.
4. Spoj opće formule I prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se koristi za suzbijanje štetnih grinja u poljoprivredi i šumarstvu.
5. Akaricidni pripravak, naznačen time, da sadrži spoj opće formule I prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3 kao aktivni sastojak, i prihvatljivi nosač u poljoprivredi, pri čemu maseni postotak aktivnog sastojka u pripravku iznosi 0,1 do 99%.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju spoja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje R1=R2 i m=n=0, naznačen time, da je postupak predstavljen sljedećom shemom A u kojoj R = R1=R2; i obuhvaća:

(i) reakciju spoja formule II i halogenirajućeg sredstva u otapalu na 0°C do točke vrelišta u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati u prisutnosti baze, kako bi se dobio spoj formule III;
(ii) reakciju spoja formule III, natrijevog nitrita, jedne ili više kiselina i kalijevog jodida u otapalu na 0°C do 100°C u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati, kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule IV; i
(iii) reakciju spoja opće formule IV i bis(pinakolato)diborona u otapalu na 0°C do točke vrelišta u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati u prisutnosti baze i paladijevog katalizatora, kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule I-1;
pri čemu su R1, R2, m i n kao što su definirani prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju spoja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje n=n=0 i R1 i R2 su isti ili različiti, naznačen time, da je postupak predstavljen sljedećom shemom B, i obuhvaća:

(i) reakciju spoja formule II, natrijevog nitrida, jedne ili više kiselina i kalijevog jodida u otapalu na 0°C do 100°C u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati, kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule V;
(ii) reakciju spoja opće formule V i bis(pinakolato)diborona u otapalu na -10°C do točke vrelišta u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati u prisutnosti baze i paladijevog katalizatora, kako bi se dobio intermedijer VI;
(iii) reakciju intermedijera VI i halogenirajućeg sredstva u otapalu na 0°C do točke vrelišta u trajanju od 30 minuta do 48 sati u prisutnosti baze, kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule I-2; i
(iv) daljnju reakciju spoja opće formule I-2 u skladu s korakom (iii), kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule I-3;
pri čemu su R1, R2, m i n kao što su definirani prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3.
8. Postupak proizvodnje spoja prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, dok se m i n neovisno biraju od 0, 1 ili 2 ali ne i kada m=n=0, naznačen time, da je postupak predstavljen sljedećom shemom C, i obuhvaća:

(i) reakciju spoja opće formule I-1, I-2 ili I-3, koje su definirane prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7 ili 8, i oksidanta u otapalu na -10°C do 100°C u trajanju od 10 minuta do 48 sati u prisutnosti baze, kako bi se dobio spoj opće formule I-4;
pri čemu su R1, R2, m i n kao što su definirani prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3.
