Claims (9)

1. Spirala (1), posebno pritisnog zavojnog separatora (100), koja sadrži: - vratilo (2) koje se pruža duž uzdužne osi (30), pri čemu je radijalni pravac (31) definiran da je upravan na uzdužnu os (30) a obodni smjer (32) je definiran da bude oko uzdužne osi (30), - barem jedno krilo (3) spirale postavljeno na vratilo (2) i uvrnuto u obodnom smjeru (32), pri čemu su prednja aksijalna strana (5), zadnja aksijalna strana (6) i radijalna strana (7) definirane na krilu (3) spirale u odnosu na uzdužnu os (30), i - barem jadan element (4) za ojačavanje, poprečnog presjeka u obliku slova U, koji se nanosi na radijalnu stranu (7) krila (3) spirale, pri čemu dva kraka (8, 9) u obliku slova U naliježu na prednju aksijalnu stranu (5) i zadnju aksijalnu stranu (6), naznačena time da spirala dalje sadrži: - čahuru (12) navučenu na i pričvršćenu za vratilo (2) i koja naliježe na najistaknutiji element (4) za ojačavanje da se blokira odvrtanje najmanje jednog elementa (4) za ojačavanje u obodnom smjeru (32).
2. Spirala prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su element (4) za ojačavanje i krilo (3) spirale izvedeni na takav način da se element (4) za ojačavanje na krilu (3) spirale može samo zavrnuti i ne može se prikačiti u radijalnom pravcu (31).
3. Spirala prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se element (4) za ojačavanje pruža preko kuta a, koji se mjeri u ravnini uspravnoj na uzdužnu os (30), pri čemu je kut α najmanje 30°, poželjno najmanje 45°, dalje poželjno najmanje 60°, posebno poželjno najmanje 90°.
4. Spirala prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je element (4) za ojačavanje proizveden integralno.
5. Spirala prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, pri čemu je element (4) za ojačavanje proizveden 3D štampanjem.
6. Postupak proizvodnje spirale (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: - osiguravanje vratila (2) sa najmanje jednim krilom (3) spirale postavljenim na vratilu (2), pri čemu se vratilo (2) pruža duž longitudinalne osi (30), radijalni pravac (31) je definiran da bude uspravan na uzdužnu os (30), a obodni smjer (32) je definiran da bude oko longitudinalne osi (30), - zavrtanje najmanje jednog elementa (4) za ojačavanje sa poprečnim presjekom u obliku slova U na krilo (3) spirale, pri čemu se zavrtanje vrši duž uzdužne osi (30) i u obodnom smjeru (32), i - pričvršćivanje čahure (12) na vratilo (2) spirale (1).
7. Postupak proizvodnje spirale prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je najmanje jedan element (4) za ojačavanje proizveden integralno 3D štampanjem.
8. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6 ili 7, pri čemu se prvo proizvodi zeleno tijelo elementa (4) za ojačavanje, poželjno 3D štampanjem, i naknadno, zeleno tijelo se sinterira da se formira element za ojačavanje.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, pri čemu se najmanje jedno zeleno tijelo zavrne na krilo (3) spirale i naknadno sinterira na krilu (3) spirale.
